The employees are nice. They are very stupid though. They took my Sims card and shredded it. It was to my business phone and had some very important info on it. They said oh we will just give you another one. Couldn't make them understand how important the original one was. All of my numbers and messages where lost because between my phone going black than thus. I just want to go crazy on them.

First encounter was good at the Lebanon Pike location. Purchased a new phone that wasn't stocked, so it was shipped. After receiving the phone I went back to turn in my old phone after transferring data. They told me they were closed Sunday and Wednesday even though the site shows open 7 days. Received the Phone and went back Tuesday. Not Open! T Mobile should just close this location if they can't man it. Had to find another Location. Thankfully the location on S Cumberland was open and helped me.

Horrible experience, overall trashy customer service, and worst profanity I’ve ever heard, the reps were unkind and untrained, the manager was rude. And they messed my account up awful reccomend the other store by whitts far more professional.

Management is horrible. Including the district manager Cacee hays. Ever wonder why the person who sets you up is typically gone after you come back… its because they value bodies over employees. Id go to the other location which is owned and operated by a completely different company. They actually care for their employees, and their customers.

I went in because I was interested in switching service providers and getting a family plan with 5 lines. The information I was given was very thorough and it seems that I will be making the switch. However, I will be selecting another T-Mobile store where the associates are more professional. Josh and his co-worker were very immature in their handling of what should be a professional yet personable transaction. They were very talkative between themselves while trying to serve me about subjects not even related to the discussion of the sale at hand. Josh was quite impertinent and I chose to take the information he offered and politely leave. I will be looking for another T-Mobile store where the associates know how to conduct business in a professional manner.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile based on outstanding deals. Unfortunately I had a nightmare dealing with the so-called "experts" on their customer service line (in the Philippines) who only read scripts. They jacked up the line transfers for all 3 phones. After HOURS on the phone and no resolution we went to the Lebanon TN store. The manager Cam Weaver greeted us and was AWESOME and immediately helped us. Within about 30 minutes he had corrected and fixed EVERYTHING that the customer service experts had screwed up. Cam is great and an example of a true customer service expert.

Jacob and Alee are an amazing team!?? I’ve frequented the store twice in the past couple weeks (evening), and they are so much fun to chat with and super fast plus professional!
