Sometimes the pumps can be full and you have to wait for an open pump however I still use this place as my primary location to get fuel.

Rude!!! The rudest woman working the register couldn’t be bothered to do her job to help someone prepay for gasoline on Saturday February 17 2024. The register closest to the door. Being out of the way ugly to someone being polite to them! Will not be back if I have to push the car past Speedway to go to the Pilot! Ridiculous to have to deal with this behavior from a damn near middle aged woman to get gas!

This place is beyond ridiculous, I park here for a bit, mind you in a parking spot, not blocking anything , not causing no issues nothing. , the btch manager isn't even here, but yet her worker comes out and says I have to move. I haven't been here 30 mins. The worker claimed th emanates HUSBAND called and said I was parked here. There is no issues with someone parking here taking a break. I am a customer. I actually had gotten fuel here earlier but yet they want to be douch bags and harass a customer for not doing anything illegal nor out of the way. I'll be contacting corporate office as well on Monday morning and tell them how this manager is being rude to the companies customers.THIS MANAGER SHOULSNT EVEN BE A MANGER if she cant stop harassing paying customers for NO Reason and allowing her husband to control her moves and harass their customers? Seriously lady. Oh yet there have been cars and trucks parked here daily and days at a time with nothing nor no one in them nor around them. Here's a car that's been parked here for well over 2 days ?? But yet they have an issue with a paying customer to park for less then an hour ??

1:07 AM on Monday November 13 2023 I called and was very polite with whoever is working the register and they were extremely rude, they thought they hung up the phone but I could hear the entire phone call of him being extremely rude and saying very mean things about me TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Very disrespectful I hope he is fired I will never shop at another speed way ever again and the fact that I was nice to him when I’ve have dealt poor customer service everywhere in Tennessee so much for southern hospitality. I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional that man was he shouldn’t be working customer service if he’s going to have such and cranky attitude about everyone and everything. I’m calling managers first thing in the morning I am MAD
