The owner of the business in shell is an old prick and just purposefully, out of spite, hit a customer's car while parked in the gas station when the customer was minding his own business. I was a witness to this owner's terrible behavior and his yelling and harassment on a potential customer! Do not buy services nor goods from this gas station. Boycott this business and run that old owner out of town. Do not buy gas and products from this shell gas station. A zero star is warranted for this!

I visit this gas station every day for my caffeine fix, so I’m definitely a regular. I usually don’t write a ton of reviews, but I feel that this gas station and its employees deserve more than 5 stars. I have always been treated with respect and a smiling face. Even if it happens to be a cashier I don’t recognize, I still feel welcomed and taken care of in a timely fashion. It is also worth mentioning that I feel the store is always well stocked all the time. The gas pumps always seem to work as they should. I do not recall any of the pumps being out of order for an extended amount of time. The restrooms always seem to be clean for the times that I have used it while visiting (not sure if the bathroom is the connected McDonald’s territory, but it’s still worth mentioning). Lastly, the sudden service rewards is actually pretty cool and worth it, especially if you visit frequently!

Busy facility, but I was able to easily fill up with gas and use the restroom when passing through the area. The attached McDonald's was convenient.

Wasn't even in the Shell, but went into McDonald's (have lived in Lebanon for 2 years and this is the 1st time I went in here) and the manager (I'm assuming bc he was in a grunge tee vs uniform) was literally yelling so loud at a McDonald's employee on break the whole store stopped what they were doing to stare. It was so unprofessional I will never use this shell for gas or any other convenience because of this one incident. No human should be publicly embarrassed like the Shell employee did. STAY AWAY!! Counter guy stuck his nose is something that was not his business and the accused me of being illiterate. The sign clearly says 12:00 am. I will never be back!!

I swear I don’t know what it is with shell gas stations but I feel like everybody who owns a Shell gas station doesn’t know how to run a gas station because they’re always the highest priced in every city they’re in so why would I want to pay more for gas like now I’m gonna go to any other gas station in that city that is cheaper like do you not know how to run a business and make money you don’t try to be the most expensive one in the city you try to be the cheapest said if people go there. I took like six months of business school and I know that. How do you not?

Worst experience ever. The lady working on 1-19-22 at 11:35 pm was so rude to my daughter that my daughter got in car and was shaking and crying. My daughter paid with two rolls of quarters and the lady raises her voice as to embarrass my daughter and says your kidding Me right, Oh my God! She repeats this 3 times then she looks at my daughter and says your joking. My daughter was already embarrassed to go in and pay with two rolls of quarters. We will NEVER set foot back in this store and we just live right down the road. Terrible terrible customer service!

2 employees behind the counter,both working their phones, neither one wearing a mask. Scott who's nametag also stated general manager, couldn't be bothered to speak or look in my direction. One upside would be Scott's attentiveness to everything around him that didn't involve what would appear to be his job.

First of all mens bathroom was dirty and employee were not trained right to give a customer the right answers questions like they didn't know anything about approving a pump for a customer if they leave their credit card and ID to get gas

their price is way higher than all of the gas stations around them. If I could post the pictures here I would. today, they are 3.19 while everyone else is 2.95.
