Very rude and disrespectful people, I go in to use the restroom only to be hassled by the guy running the store. He knocks on the door like I'm a crackhead in there shooting up dope every 2 minutes saying I need to get out, and then when I finish he tells me I don't need to spend an hour in there other people need to use it and I look around no one is in the store but him and whoever the woman was next to him I then told him I wasn't in there for an hour hell it was barely over 5 min and he just keeps on yelling and being rude as I'm walking out ? I would hope the shell cooperation could find better people to represent their store but obviously they do not care!!! Do yourself and your family a favor and go across the street to the RaceWay...

The AC is off to pinch pennies, the store is dirty and disorganized, and if you have the gall to not understand their thick accent they’re rude.
If you want the experience of a crowded 3rd world market without all the hastle of traveling this is the place to be.

If I could give this gas station a negative number, I would. The absolute worst. The gas pump was faulty. It took forever to get the gas to come out and then it wouldn't stop. When I thought I had gotten it to stop, I took it out of my tank and gas went all over me. I had to pick up some people in Nashville and all day long, I wreaked of gas. Do yourself a favor and stop here.

They post prices but once you get to the register the prices are higher. And little soap and water would go along way.
When you check out they stare at you like you have snakes coming out your ears when you asks a question!

Went there to get gas my teenage son went to.pump it he choose the 87 I don't use so I told him 89 he set it back and went inside to get the pump reset so I can get the fuel I need he hadn't pumped any gas yet and she took my card and swiped it again on seeing 2 charges for gasoline I told them they charge me twice thinking they make it right but no they threatened to call the police on me so I called the police and told them I just told them I was charged 2 times instead of making it right they was hateful and threatened me I will never go there again so unprofessional when you can just reset the pump instead of asking to swipe the card again and charging me twice no worries I know the police and also the card company gave me back my hard earned money you cheated me out of ...I will never go there again ...miserable experience instead of refunding the Xtra charge that was not a fee for holding guys but a 2 times swiped My card charge and to be told they are calling the police instead of giving me back what they took is very much why I go to main steam places like pilot this station needs new workers or close it down ! It's also absolutely fifty dirty inside ! Please send a health inspector to as they make food there to serve the public !
