“The store and equipment (enclosed trailer) were pristine, and the customer service rep was pleasant and efficient; I have no suggestions for improvement. Something that would be helpful is for Uhaul to add a feature to the website/app that informs customers who are renting a trailer all of the needed connection items, such as size of ball hitch and lighting wire adapter plug. I didn't have the adapter but the store had some in stock for purchase.”

“The website was easy to use. First month being a dollar for rent made it easy and the 10 x 10 I rented as a big garage tile doors. It was easy to load and unload the truck and load the stuff in the shed.”

“I've had a unit here for several months and haven't had any problems. The advantage to this facility is you'll have after hours access. Which I think is great because you don't have to rush over there to your unit before they clise to get things done. Owners are very polite and helpful”
