I am extremely unimpressed with their service. I inherited investments from an account they held. It took weeks to get the paperwork done to disburse the investments. The investor and his assistant never called me back, I had to call them. My sister did receive one or two phone calls and some emails but they didn't call when they said they would and generally we had to call them. I asked REPEATEDLY if I needed to open an account, and they told me every time no. I asked repeatedly if they could deposit the money into my account and they told me yes. They are the investment branch of the bank I use so this should not have been an issue. I asked if I needed to come pick up a check and they told me no, they would deposit the money into my account. They LIED. They did not do this. They printed a check and mailed it from another office in another city, and I don't even know what address they sent it to. I'm furious and very frustrated. The service was awful, and the other 2 were keeping the investments and accounts with them, but I hope after this they transfer their investments to another company. If I ever open an investment account in the future it will NOT be with them! The bank service is excellent. I'm not sure what went wrong on this side of the business.
