As always, QT is a great stop for gas, drinks, snacks, or a clean bathroom. This is the furthest east you’ll find in TN btw, so make sure you stop by.

I was coming there every morning to fill my company truck (50-60$) grab food and drinks ($20)as were other company employees with fleet cards were doing. On 07/26 I forgot my gas card in my pants because the day before the last pump on the right side (coming out of the store, closest to the self serve ice) would not accept it at the pump so I took it in and paid at the register. Anyway it was left in my pants that day so I paid with my debit card the next morning. The payment fully processed and for whatever reason it was refunded back to my card and I wasn’t really aware of this “refund” because it was $48.92 I travel for work so I have 10-15 gas station charges on my card daily. On 07/29 I had a collection agency call me saying I owed QuickTrip 16.31 for inside purchase and 32.61 for gas plus 30.00 on each purchase because it was returned. (Total 108.92). I thought it was a scam call because the account is never in a position to be negative. So I ignored it. On 08/02, 108.92 came out of my account from an agency (Chkredi) for whatever this is they are scamming us with. I have spent about 2 hours 2 days in a row trying to get my money back with no one wanting to accept the blame for taking it. My bank says it was refunded by quick trip so they are at no fault, QuikTrip denies any blame for anything and Chkredi tells me to figure it out with Quik Trip so 9 calls, 2 days, 4 hours and a BBB complaint later they still have my money. So beware of the shiny exterior of Quik Trip because they are incompetent in the store and the corporate office as well. Raceway may not be as clean but they appreciate 8+ trucks filling up sometimes twice a day and spending 20-40 per truck on the inside as well.

Restrooms could be frequented more often, but are usually kept pretty clean.
[Personally I wish more gas stations in general had a few tables inside. The tables here are all outside, and Tennessee weather is not always comducive to eating outside.]
Friendly staff that often work two cashier stations simultenously. Oftem has on-site security personell. Wait times here are usually low. Out of the options on this road near the I-40 interstate ramps QT, Shell, or Raceway, QT definately has the superior service overall.

I have been stopping in here for a year and a half around midnight. I use the restroom and buy my lunch and take my break there until one of the night guys comes out to my truck runs me off! Only truck there. No more stopping there..

QT is my favorite gas station to stop at, but this location was beyond disgusting. I took my son to the bathroom and there was feces all over the toilet in the handicap stall, complete with men's jeans, also covered in poop, with about 2 rolls of toilet paper in the cover. No telling how long it had been there, but it wasn't recent.

Good prices, easy access, always nice & clean facility. There is always fresh window cleaning fluid & squeegees to clean your windows. There is a air pump for tires. They have a great variety of foods, snacks, drinks, ice cream & so much more inside the convenience store which also has clean public restrooms.

Never seen a tanker blocking entrance dropping fuel. Then told to just swing out while my trailer is all over the curb tearing up my tires not a company truck or trailer. Just be careful and mindful when coming in this one.

I only asked her to heat the bacon but she told me that it came cooked and frozen and that's how it got in a very bad way. It happens every day at 5:20 in the morning. She has an ugly way of serving.
