We were very satisfied with the process of switching from a different supplier. It was a quick, easy, efficient process. We especially loved being able to deal face to face with people in our community! Sherry in the local office was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. We would highly recommend UPG/Quality propane to anyone using propane.

UPG staff performed a very difficult job and replacement on the coldest morning of the season. They were organized, efficient, friendly and did the work very timely and neatly. Give them a raise they just got you a big residential customer
