There's stains on the bedsheets and cracks on the shower walls. It smells like mold/mildew and the room just doesn't seem taken care of.

This hotel deserves NO stars. This hotel was horrible. The manager by the name of Nittin was a rude person that did not care for customer service at all. I believe he knows all about the conditions of the rooms at this hotel and that's why he doesn't have a care at all. The first room I was placed in had mold on the shower wall. The shower curtain were filthy and gnats were flying. Not to mention that the room had an awful order. The second room I was placed in had holes in the bed sheets and spread. When I pulled the cover back there was a dead gnat on the sheet. The mattress was stained tremendously bad. There were two dead gnats in the bathroom sink.
Rooms: horrible...view the pictures

Soft beds and pillows, clean room, hot and cold shower worked great, and the air conditioner was awesome. It's in a great spot for several dining choices. Very fast check-in. Thank you guys.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Close to everything but very peaceful & quite. The housekeeping was outstanding. Super soft sheets ; the pillows, ohhhh, so perfect. Would recommend this stay to anyone staying in Lebanon overnight. I'm somewhat of a local but this by far, one of the most comfortable stays in this area.

This place is disgusting. There was hair all over the floor in our bathroom and tub, one of our rooms had bedbugs, and when we went to the front desk, they didn't seem surprised or even that apologetic about it. For the price it was so not worth it. Pass on this place.

simple room with comfy bed. a bit outdated. iphones are blocked from wifi access - you need to set it up in a front desk. I couldn’t figure out how shower works. Housekeeping team was very eager to clean up the room. Check out is at 11am. 8.30am they already tried to enter the room, then stayed around in front of our doors and even came in to grab trash at 10am when I was still packing up. I felt rushed.

I come to Lebanon often because my son attends Cumberland University. This hotel is very convenient, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. I’ve not seen any bugs in my several stays! Cheap and affordable!
Rooms: Rooms are nice
Nearby activities: Baseball games at Cumberland!
Walkability: Lots of restaurants in walking distance

As a 2-3 star hotel this place exceeded expectations. I expected there to be some scratches on the wall, maybe some some dust on the tables since it is a sort of quick stay hotel. I think some of the negative reviews are from people expecting this place to be on par with a $500 dollar a night hotel. I will be staying here again next time I am in town.
+Office and cleaning crew were both nice
+Instant hot water in the room I stayed in
+Walking distance from my favorite fast food (Cook Out)
+Super close by to a Walmart and outdoor shopping center
-It did get slightly loud at night but It has more to do with the area around the hotel not the hotel itself

I’ve personally been to this quality in a few times, every time was close to the same, hard to find parking, check-in ladies were nice but not helpful, and the cleaning staff is worrisome. The final stay was the worst by far, had troubles right at the start with their online check-in so couldn’t get into the hotel for over 3 hours, then once we finally got in it smelled even more mildew-y than previous stays, and ended up finding what’s known as a “stink bug” basically a bed bug but can give you rashes and stuff, and the woman especially that is cleaning is sketchy. Gets really close and just looks like she doesn’t take care of herself or anything for that matter. I’m not a judgmental person I just want people to be aware, I’m sure here soon quality inn will respond with an “ oh we are so sorry we will be sure to do something” and never do, so if I were you and need the cheapest hotel that DOESNT have bed bugs and doesn’t smell like mildew I’d suggest the Econolodge like right down the street. I will not be staying here again, I’ve been to probably 50 different Quality Inn’s around America and this one was definitely one of the worst experiences all together.
Noteworthy details: The Location is great, and as you can see the prices are lower than some, but still not worth it.

Rooms were clean, and the sheets were military tight. The ONLY SHORTCOMING is the Instant Coffee in the lobby. That stuff is ? yuck.

This is one of the greatest places I've ever stayed at. Cheap in price ? on quality. They literally live upto there name. I'm not sure for all the other locations are like but this one is great. I'd stay here anytime I'd be in the area.
