We were not given the correct amount of medication to complete our course of treatment. When I went back to speak with the pharmacist, he was rude and combative. They did not take responsibility for their error. I had to go back to the doctor and request a new prescription. Additionally, at the time the medication was filled it had been called in. We went over maybe 30 minutes later to pick it up, told them we were there and that we were going to wait. After an hour they still had not gotten to it, and then, after an additional 30 minutes we were told they didn't even have one of the prescriptions. Just a frustrating experience all around.

When I'm down south I usually try to find a Publix. Isles are very wide , it's very clean and store is very bright and the prices aren't too bad either. Their bakery has a wide variety of cakes and breads which was what I was looking for. Italian bread! Was close to my BNB so was home for dinner quick. The people in the store are very helpful and go and get things for you if you can't find them. Worth a stop when coming across one of these.

Here we go again! I travel all over Nashville and stop at several publix locations through the week and enjoy their deli and baked goods. So I can honestly tell you it's this particular location that has a problem. The employees at this establishment are less then helpful. The prices remain high and even their Bogos have become a joke " $8.99 buy one get one " but every other grocery store sells the same thing for $3.00 ! Instead of plying your customers why don't Publix go back to fair prices and the stellar service they were once know for . I was in the deli yesterday and asked for "very thin " there should be a number on the dial of the slicer that associates with this request but this young man did not feel like slicing he sliced a piece and clinched the slice as he showed me a tiny portion but you can still tell it was thickly slice so I iterated "no very thin please" so he walks over to the slicer and comes back with the same piece and a grin that sent my adrenaline flowing ,so I left . I will NEVER return to this mismanaged crap show of a Publix again unless their is a management change and the self serving ,snide ,lazy employees are dealt with .

Just Terrible... Rude & incompetent. They NEVER have a prescription ready when they say they will. They will often not give you what your Dr. prescribed.Even lost prescriptions. If you question them about it, they are extremely rude. My Dr. has had to call them a few times to straighten them out more than once.

We had a big order at the deli and needed to figure out dinner quick. A family member passed and thanks to Keara for making our experience wonderful and easy during this hard time.. we appreciate the people of Publix.. where shopping is always a pleasure!!!

Newly built and well stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was evident that we were in Tennessee where everyone speaks as if we grew up together and are old friends.

I am a Nurse Practitioner in Middle Tennessee and have several patients that use this pharmacy. Today, as you would expect any business open for service to be aware of, our state is experiencing periodic blackouts to conserve energy. As a result, I was unable to send 2 prescriptions electronically, so I left them on their voicemail. When the patient arrived to pick up, the pharmacist told them they did not have any prescriptions for them. The pharmacy had not checked their voicemail at this time and the pharmacist said to me "if these are urgent, why are you leaving them on the voicemail and not sending electronically; we're receiving electronic prescriptions with no problem." At this point, I didn't explain the situation because with that type of customer service and communication with other medical professionals, they do not deserve this patient's business.

I’ve been using Publix pharmacy for years, but unfortunately the Lebanon location has gone downhill. When a prescription is called in from your doctor, they do not get in any hurry. It’s been over 24 hours and they still haven’t even started on my prescription. Last month I didn’t pick my prescription up for days after it was called in and it still wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up. It’s most certainly a shame. Looks like I will be giving my business elsewhere

If you want you medication on time do not use there pharmacy! Worst customer service they could care less if you receive your medication.

This is very hard for me to write because I have been an avid Publix customer since I was a kid. As a matter of fact Publix was my first real job ever. During orientation they Iterated heavily on customer service. But things have changed dramatically for Publix customer service is secondary and their high pricing has remain the same. I have been getting boars head cold cuts since I was a kid and I have always gotten them very thinly sliced. The employees at this location refused to slice them very thinly but instead they argue with you and tell you that the thick slices are "sandwich thickness "I don't want them sandwich thickness slicing them thin changes the texture of the cold cuts. I know it takes a little bit more work but maybe Publix should invest in some automatic slicers sense their employees are so fatigued by having to move the slicer back-and-forth too many times.. I have called several times to the management but the Deli clerks will literally be aggravated at you because they see no need to slice anything thin. Publix pricing is obviously a premium tied to service in a clean atmosphere but I don't feel that they are giving either one of those any longer. I regret to say I am no longer a Publix customer

Some medications here are twice as much as kroger pharmacy. They do not accept good RX coupons either. With shoppers on a budget it would behoove them to approve good RX and to work with them to help their customers be able to afford their medications.
