We have always had a good experience here but on this particular occasion when I was struggling with sending an art entry for my child, the staff member not only helped me figure out how to get all the pieces to to send there less expensively but also completely stepped in and fixed my whole packaging debacle herself!! I was SO appreciative. She really saved the day when this entry HAD to be in THAT DAY!! Y’all are awesome!!”
