A regular customer from 2 years, For a Truck driver like me it's a good clean place.
But Cappuccino machine is an upset for me. I only drink French vanilla and its been more watery from last 2-3 months... Have complain few times but still the same.

Large parking lot for truckers. Driver amenities upstairs but they have elevator for the non abled. Moldy shower though

One of the most filthiest places for a Truck driver to come take a shower they don't even use chemicals to clean the shower I hate we have to use these places

Been parked over an hour. Requested a shower as soon as I stopped. I was number 11 in line. An hour later, I'm still number 11.

When they are short staffed they apparently close the showers at night until 6 am, which is convenient for those who work the night shift and as always have 0 respect for the truck drivers.

The store itself is nice. But the parking is all filled up with locals pickup trucks and trailers that tow behind pickup trucks. There were three pickup trucks detached from three trailers to take up six spaces. But management must be okay with it cuz they must have been doing it for a while that they're so obvious about it now. Just another way to show a truck drivers aren't appreciated at Pilot.

Laundry is not available, was told it has been down for over a month now as of 7-2-24

Shower 5 has no fan and the shelf in the shower is not usable because it is mounted upside down.
