Everyone at the Lebanon store was great! The employee knew everything about the pet I was getting. Even tips to make the transition from store to home easy for my pet. I've had every pet imaginable and can say she knew what she was doing.

Good luck getting someone from grooming to answer the phone. I went ahead and called the main store & spoke with an employee since grooming will not answer. (On 6/24 @ 9am). She would not give me the time of day and told me to call grooming… I HAVE. FOR TWO DAYS. said they’re ‘very busy’ then put me on hold (without telling me) and ofcourse it finally hung up.
But I’m sorry, your regular store employees can’t answer basic questions? I’ve tried calling for two days to ask a question since this is the first time I’m dropping my dogs off to be bathed. I’ll take this as my red flag….

34$ for crickets and isopods got ripped half the crickets was dead and the isopods cases was empty on had dirt in them. We use to shop here for gecko food but definitely gonna be switching after today....

I don't usually have issues here. If I do, they solve it. They add a match, so if you see it cheaper, show them the ad, and they'll give you that price. Combined with a membership, you'll save a substantial amount of money on supplies. I use it mainly for fish supplies and the occasional odd ball fish I find. The discounts here are a winner. The marine selection isn't great and has been down for several months. But one section of saltwater systems is currently running, and one is not. I've been told it's a mechanical filtration issue. They have a few knowledgeable folks in fresh water aquatics, but they are limited in saltwater marine. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and the price.

Walked in 15 minutes before grooming services closed and Donovan took him in and got his nails cut, teeth, and ears cleaned in 10 minutes, if even honestly. He treated our dog as if it was his own dog. We’ll definitely be back.
Also look at how cute Remi is with his new bandana. Thank you Donovan!
