Matt is AMAZING! I am handicap and in a wheelchair. Regularly, my husband places an order online for me to pick up while I am out running other errands. Matt has made sure his team knows that someone will have to come out to assist me with bringing the order to me when I call. The help is greatly appreciated, but more so, the way he tries to personally get to know his customers on a professional level is OVER THE TOP AMAZING!

5 star for the Assistant Manager [female]!. 5 star for Chris Automotive who entered the store and was able to assist my husband. Those two guys that look alike were not helpful . One sitting on the counter and the other ordering food. We called and had to ask him to check if the part was in stock . Instead of looking for the part he priced the part 20.00 higher than the original. Good help is just hard to find !!

The guy working today was rude and disrespectful towards a young woman that simply needed the codes pulled on her car. Meanwhile, another older gentleman was in there to get oil for his vehicle and you would have thought they were long time lovers. Consider teaching your employees to be kind to all customers.

I had a check engine light come on a couple of days ago & due to my work schedule have been unable to have it checked out. Luckily, I got off early enough but, barely. I felt horrible about coming in so late, but scared to continue driving with the light on. Not only was Gary super helpful but, very friendly. As we apologized for the inconvenience, he kindly told us not to worry it was no problem. It is such a nice change to go to a business & not feel like you are a nuisance by simply coming in. Gary is a great asset to O'Reilly's! He gives awesome customer service with a patient kindness that is much appreciated. Thanks again Gary!

I needed a battery quickly. They had 3 options in stock. I changed it in their lot and was on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!

Very helpful, she called me over to her station and said, "How can I help you?" She looked for what I needed and found it.
