Good service when it works. When it doesn't though, I'd rather deal with Xfinity and that's really saying something.You can't get anyone on the phone that can help. They simply don't answer the phone.

This company has the best customer service ever. We have been with them for around 4 years now. I can call them with any questions or to ask for help and they are always so kind. They help us every single time and are always happy to do so. We love them!

They did a great job getting our internet extender set up. It was more complicated than they initially thought and they stuck with it, honored their word and original quote. You don't find service like this very often these days. We're so thankful to have found them. ? Thanks, Shawn and Roger!

Very knowledgeable in the electronics field. They also sell rural and mobile internet that can be used for our RV when traveling or at home.

Never have service for more than a few days then it goes out and takes forever to get it "working" but still get a $$$ bill every month. Super disappointed.

Awesome folks with internet solutions for those of us that are rural. Don’t mess around with the online places; call or stop in and get proven technology. I wasted a lot of time and money on satellite & other 4G solutions before getting the recommendation to go to Mid Tenn.They set me up at $60 less than satellite with 3 times the data (before being throttled on “unlimited satellite”).Friendly and local!!

The folks at Mid Tn are top notch. If you live in the country and need internet or satellite TV you should see them first. The personal service can't be beat.

I was really impressed with this company. They were reasonably priced. I had them install an air antenna and a new 55" LG TV. Between the air antenna and internet we get 318 channels. I definitely would recommend this company

Very knowledgeable and was able to help with an internet option that was more affordable and helped with suggestions that would help with other upgrades of RV in near future. Loved time talking with staff.

We always have issues with service. Every morning I don’t have service for work. I have to deal with the aggravation No one ever answers the phone. If someone answers they usually can’t help and only take a message.

The worse internet service and customer service I've ever experienced!! The internet service has gone down three times for a week at a time since getting the service five months ago and when I call them to find out what's going on, I get an "I'm not sure, we will call you back" and I never hear from anyone. My ability to work and earn a living doesn't seem to matter to them.

Nice and helpful. I genuinely loved this place. Your audio and digital needs. Nevermind the big boys like Charter, Xfinity, At&t, Sprint, and so on.
