Chris & Arasella I think is her name treated my pastor very poorly & beat her out of her money, while she was only trying to put a smile on her 10yr old daughter’s face for her birthday…. Arasella called the police on my pastor once she realized she got caught by my pastor trying to scam her out of her money… she ended up with a refund but still not the FULL amount

Worst service. THEY WERE HACKED 4 MONTHS AGO AND LIED THEY NEVER CONTACTED ANY OF THERE CUSTOMERS THEY ARE RUDE AND USED SOMEONE ELSES ID CARD INSTEAD OF MINE SETTING UP MU ACCOUNT HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR OVER A YEAR . AND AND SOLD ME A OPEN POWER BANK AND LIED

Went in to purchase a device. The lady didn’t even greet me. Not sure what her name was, but there were two ladies and the one attending me was a little heftier than the other. I asked her how the total comes so expensive and she didn’t have an answer. She told me $160!!! And when I asked how so much, she said she wasn’t really sure how it came to that but that that was the price. I didn’t know what to say at that point so I just left.

Very unprofessional, they charge you more than Metro says it cost. Do not recommend going into store. Definitely do your business over the phone. You will be charged more

Spoke with the manager on the phone. She was very condescending and rude. I hope she doesn't test everyone like she is the queen and everyone else is a toddler, the way she spoke to me while on the speaker phone.

I have never had any trouble when coming here. I've bought a plan and phone here 3x now and everytime the employees are very helpful and friendly. Never had questions unanswered and my service was next to perfect.

Maria Pacheco and Garret have been extremely professional so helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I appreciate their great customer service skills and I can tell that they have a lot of experience doing what they do. I have an account here with several lines. My brothers’ girlfriend went in to upgrade a phone on one of my lines. The cashier who helped her used to be a friend of mine. When my account was pulled up and she realized it was me she began to slander me. I am horrified and embarrassed. I have never been so mortified in my life. The manager on duty was complicit.

After calling and asking about my account they told me I have to come to the store to figure anything out... I've been down this route multiple times with them and I end up being in line waiting for 30 minutes before leaving because I have a busy life. I'm just trying to find out what would happen to my plan if I took one line off and the people who work here can't seem to answer that over the phone.. They can't seem to answer anything over the phone and they can't seem to help you with anything that you need. Extremely lousy employees at this MetroPCS, so much in fact that I might even switch my service.

I've used Metro PCS for 10 years. Today I went into this location because I needed a newer phone, there were only three phones that were within my price range just under $100 to upgrade to and none of those three phones were available and neither were they an upgrade from my current phone. (Salesman's quote: not an upgrade). Very frustrating. I went in to get a new phone and they just didn't have anything available and the ones they did have available were $200 and up and not to mention I had to wait a half an hour before I could get help because there was only one person there at the time, and a long line quickly formed so by the time I got out of there it was an hour and a half later and without a phone. I left my number for them to contact their manager about a shipment order coming so that they could call me so I wouldn't have to drive to a nearby town to do business, very disappointing. While I was there several other people also left upsett and frustrated without a phone.
