Be very careful when you go here these ladies at this Metro are scamming people out of money I went to buy a phone.. the phone with the activation fee and the phone total was under $200 when she quoted me my price,the price was $290 $100 over what I expected she said it was because it was an upgrade charge and it's better to get a new phone than to upgrade... I explained to her I didn't understand how Metro could charge somebody $100 over the retail value of a phone that's posted in their building and she didn't have answers.. I then go home and look at the receipt and she charged me $50 for a phone case she said that came with the phone she charged me for a charging port I did not need because a brand new phone comes with the charger and a box and she charged me for a screen protector she never ever put on my phone that's where the extra $100 came from.. I then went into speak to anybody that could help me and take the phone charger I didn't need back they told me that they couldn't take the accessories back because they were sold to an upgraded phone... Even though I was told the phone case came with the phone and I don't need the charger never asked for it didn't even see her grab it and there is no screen protector on my phone, I then asked to speak to the lady that she was texting on the phone with which her name was Maria..Maria said she was too busy to speak to me and that she would tell me the same exact thing that the first lady was telling me so it was pointless to talk to her... So basically they scammed me out of $100 and they made it to where they don't have to pay me back because they don't do refunds on upgraded items.. be very careful with this store and with Maria if the charge or the price doesn't come out right.. demand to see why!!! Metro should not be able to charge over the retail price for anything Walmart can't..Metro is no better than Walmart!!!

Maria was awesome! She helped me with upgrading my phone and she was very friendly and patient. She was able to answer all my questions and provided excellent assistance. We will be back soon to upgrade my wifes phone, and we hope to get her again.

I had a bad experience with an internet modem. These people who serve the public did not know how to configure the device correctly. I was in the office (store) 3 times. On the 4th visit, I returned the device and I did not feel satisfied. They did not refund my money. Badly, the saleswoman who needs to learn how to work with the public since they did not correctly explain the return methodology... you always have to deal with her bad manners to the public, she should correct this person who represents this company in the Lebanon area...

Chris & Arasella I think is her name treated my pastor very poorly & beat her out of her money, while she was only trying to put a smile on her 10yr old daughter’s face for her birthday…. Arasella called the police on my pastor once she realized she got caught by my pastor trying to scam her out of her money… she ended up with a refund but still not the FULL amount

Worst service. THEY WERE HACKED 4 MONTHS AGO AND LIED THEY NEVER CONTACTED ANY OF THERE CUSTOMERS THEY ARE RUDE AND USED SOMEONE ELSES ID CARD INSTEAD OF MINE SETTING UP MU ACCOUNT HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR OVER A YEAR . AND AND SOLD ME A OPEN POWER BANK AND LIED

Went in to purchase a device. The lady didn’t even greet me. Not sure what her name was, but there were two ladies and the one attending me was a little heftier than the other. I asked her how the total comes so expensive and she didn’t have an answer. She told me $160!!! And when I asked how so much, she said she wasn’t really sure how it came to that but that that was the price. I didn’t know what to say at that point so I just left.

Very unprofessional, they charge you more than Metro says it cost. Do not recommend going into store. Definitely do your business over the phone. You will be charged more

Spoke with the manager on the phone. She was very condescending and rude. I hope she doesn't test everyone like she is the queen and everyone else is a toddler, the way she spoke to me while on the speaker phone.
