“I purchased a matress set on 1/13. It was supposed to deliver today, which is 1/20. My road was blocked at the time of delivery and they could not get through. I reached out less than an hour later to let them know that it was cleared and asked them to please try again. Mind you, I have already waited a week. Now they are telling me that I have to wait a whole another week to deliver. This is unacceptable. I paid over $1400 and all you can say is"sorry". I guess this will be the last time I use them. I will leave on a high note. In store experience was perfect!
Update!!! I was contacted by the store manager a couple hours later and we have resolved the issue. I loved the store atmosphere and the knowledge and help I received was way above par. I should receive my new set tomorrow. Thank you, Mattress King!!!”
