The workers were nice, but they need to clean up the store. I know it's Christmas time, but it was so messy in there. The floors were so dirty. Anything that was hitting the flood was covered in dirt and dust. It was not well organized either.

I just had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee named Danna during my visit to Marshall's, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Danna greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude that instantly made me feel welcome.
Throughout my shopping experience, Danna was incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations. Not only did she help me find the items I needed, but she also pointed out some great deals that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Her knowledge of the store and its products was impressive!
What really stood out was Danna's genuine enthusiasm for her job and her willingness to go the extra mile for customers. She made sure I was satisfied with my selections and even offered to check the back for an item that was out of stock on the floor.
Thanks to Danna, my shopping trip was not only successful but also enjoyable. It's employees like her that make a difference and create a wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend seeking her out during your next visit to Marshall's—she's truly a star! Thank you, Danna, for your exceptional service!

I had the best experience at this location. Amanda was my cashier. She was so patient with me while ringing up my obnoxious amount of items haha. I will absolutely be going back just off of her customer service alone!

I was at the store today and needed some help finding a product in the home department and this very nice associate named Jennifer help me find what I was looking very pleasant and helpful.

Great store for Lebanon, and a good place to get some nice cologne. Store is very maintained and staff seem relatively friendly.

It was the absolute worst customer service. What I was looking for was something very simple and the girl was clueless and instead of telling me what aisle it might be in, she just raised her arm, motioned and said "over there". I repeated what I was looking for & asked "where is over there?" She, after 5 requests, finally showed me something that wasn't even remotely what I was looking for so the manager came over. He was rude, snide, unhelpful, & said " You can read, can't you?" His nasty behavior continued. I let him know that he and his staff member lack proper customer service and are rude, and I left. His name is Eric L., store manager.
