Great atmosphere and amazing milkshakes! Christmas Tree Cake was insanely good and should be a staple year round! Highly recommend this place to locals and tourists alike!

June 3, 2023 first visit here. Nice and cozy ice cream shop! They had the major flavors of ice cream. The business was neatly decorated. I noticed how the 2 young girls working kept everything clean, using disinfectant wipes and spray. Service was good and prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this business if your looking for an ice cream treat!

Great little shop and ice cream parlor. Blue bell ice cream, lots of variety of flavors. I had a cookie sundae - 2 scoops and a cookie. my husband had a flight of ice cream - 4 half scoops. Prices are comparable to similar places. Friendly staff.

This little small town mercantile and creamery has some great ice cream, natural treats, and toys for the kids. All at pretty good prices.One pricing thing confused me. Half scoop was $1.25, but a full scoop was $2.75. This doesn't make sense, so I ordered 2 half scoops and payed less. Strange, but then you can get 4 half scoops in a dish for $4.25 if you're keen on so much ice cream or a shared dish. Even still, great prices for this ice cream!

The Christmas ice cream was good but VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just like someone else’s comment I too was greeted with an unwelcoming vibe. I walked in around 3:20PM was actually not greeted at all and instead was stared at by a young blonde and brunette. They just stared at me from behind the counter with this glare while I browsing stickers to the point where I felt like I was doing something wrong. I stepped towards the ice cream but saw some wooden magnets I had accidentally skipped over so I walked back over. The blonde teenage girl then asked me if I knew what I wanted and I said no I’ve never been here before and she then groaned with annoyance. I was like are you kidding me? Is she really doing this? Then she started to get pushy and asked if I knew what I’ve cream I wanted and I again said no I’ve never been here. Also if I’m looking at items in the store why are you hounding me about ice cream? I’m not even standing by the counter. I wasn’t the only customer in the store so I’m not sure why I’m being rushed. I walk back over to the ice cream counter because apparently this ice cream situation needed to be handled right then and there and the brunette asks what I want and I said one scoop with waffle cone and she stared at me like I just said something completely outlandish. She stared at me and held her gaze as she stepped away towards the cooler. Again I was questioning if I was doing something wrong. I brought my stickers to the blonde and I said again it’s my first time here and I’m not from here and she couldn’t care any less. I know this area handles a lot of tourism so me saying that isn’t uncommon but ITS YOUR JOB to speak to the customers and make them feel welcomed. God forbid you have to work. As I am handed my ice cream the two girls start laughing. I brush it off and as I take a few steps towards the door and they keep laughing, I decide I should grab a napkin so I turn around and see that the brunette has her phone up like she’s recording me and they both seemed startled that I turned around. The brunette quickly puts her phone down. I’m not sure what I was doing that was just soooooo camera worthy but that was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! How am I supposed to support a small business when I’m being treated like I’m the biggest annoyance of the day. When you are at the counter it is like you are on a stage. You don’t laugh or play on your phone. These young adults these days just record people and post to their Snapchats & Tik toks and think nothing of it. I’m still very bothered by this whole interaction and can guarantee I will not be back

I was so excited about going into this shop as it looked so cute when I was walking up to it but immediately felt an unwelcoming vibe. No one greeted me as I walked in. I got a few looks from the 3 employees there. I shopped for a few minutes and still no one talked to me. I was the only customer in there. I liked a crew neck and was going to get it but as other customers walked in and were given a friendly greeting I realized I didn’t want to spend my money somewhere I wasn’t welcomed. First impressions are everything to me. All the other stores in this area were so welcoming and sweet. Sadly I will not be returning.

Such a cute place! The staff was so kind to serve us just minutes before they closed. Their shop is part of a new and revitalized downtown Lebanon TN. Stop in for ice cream and some really cute gift items.
