This is the second time I have used this business since I moved to Lebanon 2 years ago. I have been satisfied both times. Shop looks little run down, but the service is top notch. But, isn't that what it is about? Not how building looks, but getting computers repaired. }:>)

Drove all the way to business during working hours. No one here, contact number on the door not answered, text contact not answered. Waste of time, and gas. Don’t waste your time, they do not take the business seriously.

Thank God I found this place!!! I am a student and cannot be without my laptop. Josh fixed it super quick and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing computer work done.

This place is wonderful, although I was looking for part and they do repairs they still tried to help out and even gave me a temporary solution saving my computer towers from disaster. If I have a computer problem I can't fix, this will be the 1st place I go.

I have used LIghthouse Computer Solutions for all of my computer support, both for business and personal use, for the past 6 years and have always found them to be helpful, PATIENT, prompt & very efficient with reasonable charges. I am not confident in my IT skills and am comfortable knowing they are only a text or call away when things seem to be getting past my skill level.....which always happen when it is most inconvenient! I never worry about getting someone on the line that is not knowledgeable about my situation

The back panel of my computer had broken at the right hinge, and Best Buy's Geek Squad was going to charge me $100 just to diagnose the problem. An employee at the nearby Office Max recommended Lighthouse to me, and I'm glad that I took his advice! Lighthouse's staff is polite and professional, and their services were far more affordable than the Geek Squad. (And though I'm not an expert on computer repairs, Lighthouse seemed to be far more educated than Geek Squad as well.) The only problem was when Toshiba sent Lighthouse the wrong part the first time around, so it took an extra few days to get my computer repaired. I highly recommend this company for anyone with computer problems!
