I appreciate Dr. Craig and his staff so much! They were able to work in my sweet handsome boy this morning and he is already improving! This was my first time working with Dr. Craig and he was very nice and personable! Highly recommend!

6 stars! The most kind, gentle vet I've even been to! They are very upfront about how much your bill will be, no surprises. They'll make sure you're okay with proceeding and the cost, before performing any care. Exactly what a person on a strict budget needs. That kind of honesty and respect is just priceless. I love this vet! My senior kitty is being treated and seen for intestinal issues and thyroid problems.

Y'all I cannot say enough good things about this place. My sweet dog (Poppy) collapsed at home. I had never been here before and they took her in right away. Turns out she had extremely low calcium. The staff was super kind especially because I was barely holding it together. The price was actually cheaper than what I was originally quoted. They even called a few days later to check on Poppy to make sure she's still doing well. I've never had a vet show such kindness. Thank y'all so much for taking care of my little poppy seed.

The staff has always been wonderful thru the years with my dogs. This last trip 3 weeks ago was so difficult, my little mini-pin had to be put down, Dr. Wesson and the tech, whose name I didn't catch, were so compassionate and kind and gentle. My little dog always loved to see all of them, it made it easier on her and myself. A sedative was administered, she went to sleep, then they took her away. My neighbor had come with me for support and we left, couldn't stay to thank Dr. Wesson and the tech, too sorrowful. But thank you both for all the care you gave to Sandy and know that she loved and trusted you, you have my heartfelt thanks.

I take my dogs to this vet regularly. They are always very friendly and actually seem to care about all of the pets that come in. The only gripe I have are the prices. I’m sure most vets get the same complaints. I just wish they were a little less expensive. But, other than that, this vet is great.

Dr. Craig is by far the best veterinarian that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. His assistant, Cheyenne, was also top notch. We are so delighted to have found Dr. Craig and Cheyenne.

The staff here is amazing!!!!! Have 2 toy poodles, one was very old with health issues and had to be put to sleep. They treated me with wonderful compassion, made follow up phone calls and sent a card. They treat my young poodle with the same love and kindness and care that I do.

Took my dog there for a very specialized x-ray and oral extraction. Lebanon Animal Hospital was the only doctor in a large region that had the specialized oral Xray equipment. Needed to rule out some other issues from when he was kenneled prior to us owning our baby. The staff was not as personable as I've gotten used to here in Lebanon, the doctor seemed competent BUT the price was outrageous. Could I have shopped around for a better price? Sure. But we didn't have time as our pup was in pain. Post surgery my pup came home with a nasty sounding cough - think elephant seal mating call. When i mentioned that at our post of visit - the doctor suggested a full blood/virus panel starting at $350. Hard pass. It took three phone calls to the office abs a reminder email to obtain copies of the X-rays and record of surgeries for my regular vet office. - unacceptable. Went back to our regular vet and asked if he needed that blood panel etc - honestly no, was the answer. Pup is fully vaccinated, kennel cough, bordatella, flu etc. pup still has the cough THREE MONTHS LATER. In summary - the last time I spent they much at a veterinary office I was in Newport Beach, CA at an office on with an ocean view and was offered a glass of Chardonnay as I waited for my pup. Won't be back
