Kroger pickup is easy for me due to health reasons. The employees are all nice and respectful.

When curbside gives you short dated milk...shame on them. I have babies, now I have to haul them inside...this was your last chance because management didn't care.

Currently my favorite supermarket! Great variety of products. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and well presented. Deli department is excellent - very helpful and friendly employees! They rarely do no have something I'm looking for. Thank you Kroger!!!

Really need another Kroger in this town this one is so crowded I can't even park most of the time. Major problem when you don't have much time. Pickup isn't always a good option for me due to quality control but when you have infant children to take care of and limited time it's a shame this town doesn't have more big name grocery stores. It's painful to shop here sometimes because of how crowded it is inside and out.

The grocery pickup service is convenient, the employees at this location are kind, and the store is pretty clean.

One set of registers open. People in line, 12 self-checkouts roped off and no live checkers on duty. No carts available. "Manager," when asked about the lack of carts: "I only have one to bring them in." NO SIR. You have 2, and you're the other one. Definite management issues here.

The store is clean and convenient and the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The only issue is the deli. Took 15 min to get a pound of cheese and a pound of turkey. There are only 2 people behind the counter at 3 pm on Sunday. Solution idea; order screen near the entrance, I can place my deli order, shop, and pick up before I check out

I have always gotten my produce from Kroger's and never had any problem. I got some this month and the potatoes and onions were already started to rot and the carrots were already sprouting at the top. They also have stopped honoring the 10% senior discount on the first Wednesday of the month since we moved back this May. They still offer it in Arizona. Guess we are having to pay for them enlarging and remodeling the store. I'll be buying my groceries elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had so much hope for this store after the remodel and yet not even a year later and it's AWFUL! The new healthy options that were there a year ago are all gone and no longer being carried. (Gluten free Ian's waffles, skyr yogurt, local honey tonnage a few). The produce doesn't last more than two days post purchase and most the yogurts on the shelf are past expiration. ALWYAS check expiration dates - many things on the shelf are expired or close to it Plus, Kroger "digital deals" rarely work and if you point it out at check out; it is met with rolling eyes and a heavy sigh from a Kroger employee. I have only caught a few items - but they makes me question the entire process. The baggers are the WORST. What is the point of having one item per bag? Really? And if you bring your own, to save the ocean and earth, be prepared for your bread in the bottom and crushed by your cans. Avocados were unrecognizable after being in the bottom of the bag. It's worth paying more somewhere else for the sake of being able to actually eat the food you bought. I brought my aunt shopping there a few weeks ago, she got tired walking the entire store - can't use the app mid store to find anything with no cell service . As I parked her at the end of an aisle she was greeted by a mouse!!!! When I said something to an employee - they were very nonchalant. . I left a full cart mid aisle and shopped elsewhere. I am a patient person and do not expect perfection from a grocery BUT when I called to see what a manager would even say to my concerns, I was on hold for over twenty minutes - no manager. Why is Trader Joe's able to hire friendly staff, staff their stores with helpful employees and offer lower prices? I'll drive 45 minutes to get decent food at a fair price - bye bye Kroger. For weekly trips - hello Publix!!!

Prices are good as you would expect, and it is reasonably clean and well stocked. However, the staff is obviously mis managed, they all look miserable and unhappy. The young staff are generally just on their phones or not paying attention, and the older staff looks to be burnt out from picking up all the slack. I generally feel bad for the employees when I shop here

The new renovation has really increased the convenience of the store and the quality of products in it. And there is a Starbucks inside now so that is great to have on the West side of town. I ordered groceries to pick up here for the first time, and when the associate was finished and I handed a tip she declined and said she was not allowed to accept. The deliverers from my local Kroger always take my tips so I did not know they were not supposed to. I think Kroger should change this policy. I think any worker should have the right to receive a tip for whatever service they provide but especially when I have just sat in my car and watched someone load it with groceries for me, I want that person to get tipped.

I like Kroger for their organic frozen berries,. That said, if you buy strawberry banana frozen berries which typically go on sale from 8.49 to 6.99 or 6.49 for a 2lbs bag, your basically getting frozen bananas with a few runt sized strawberries in it. A sign of a cheap smoothie is when you can taste more banana (cheap filler) than anything else, and that's what they do with this. It should be called banana strawberry for the amount of bananas they put in it. It should also be relocated from frozen foods to the pet monkey food isle since it's mostly banana. Now for something positive, I do love the 2lbs bags of organic black cherry/black berry/blueberry and raspberry/black/blue berries.
