The pharmacy tech that helped me was named Jasmina, she was jazztastic!!!! She is so hardworking and charismatic, especially for working in a pharmacy. I hope her superiors recognize her diligence and reward her for it.

I normally use a competitor pharmacy for my needs, however, they have been out of my medication. The last two times I’ve needed it filled and they cannot give me a date when they will have itA friend of mine told me try the pharmacy at Kroger.I went in on Sunday 10 minutes before their lunch break and explain my situation to Blaine ( I think that is his name) who was actually the pharmacist.He took his time to explain to me the difference in the cost that I would experience due to my insurance and told me he was sorry I was having trouble locating my medicine. I said it would be ready in an hour and he would text me.45 minutes later, I have my prescription in handI just wanted to take a moment to recognize this man for his kindness and effectiveness I know not. Everyone can have a pleasant experience every time, but due to his kindness, I plan on transferring all of my prescriptions to them.

Great pharmacists. The staff is great as well (some temp or recent pharmacy assistants are not as friendly as most, however). As long as they're at full staff, the pharmacy runs efficiently and smoothly. I highly recommend for good service and prices. 1-2 years ago there were very long wait times but that seems to be a thing of the past, thankfully!

Now that the new Kroger Pharmacy and grocery store are up and running in Lebanon, I must say that overall, the Pharmacy service has improved drastically. The people who work in the pharmacy are professional, courteous, and proficient. Phone calls are now answered there by humans! One could not ask for better service. I am so thankful for the positive changes that have created a welcoming environment and great service.

Horrible pharmacy, have had several scripts sent to Lebanon Kroger for them to tell me they have nothing in their system. Called the doctors office to make sure it was sent over and of course it was sent right after the appointment. So after spending time being on hold with the Kroger pharmacy the worker hung up on me and had no answers to why the script wasn’t there. We will now be having all of our scripts sent to Walgreens.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I have called multiple times a day for several days and have yet to have someone answer the phone! They never have my prescriptions ready. This place is just inconvenient and not with it at all.

I was told my prescriptions would be ready at a certain time and showed up 45 minutes after. Someone else told me they were not ready and would be 30 more minutes. I ended up getting them before the 30 minutes, but the estimated pickup times should be beefed up in the future. It’s better for a customer to think the pharmacy filled early rather than being late. The lady was very nice and I wish I could give a separate review for her.

Slow as chrristmas never has your medicines when you need it allways a wait wjen u go back to see if ot ready you have to wait another 30 minutes if u going to work work and not set around and gossip. That what getting pay for and allso give people respect it might help in the long run

Worst in town. SLOW to fill even after 3 days. They don’t care about patients. Text notifications almost never. No apologies. Won’t answer doctor notifications for refills. Get there THEN they tell me after I called it in 4 days ago. My last visit here

I have been getting my medicines and my kids medicines here for YEARS and I've always had good experience with kroger employees. Sometime the drive thru can be very busy but what's new with covid going on.

My daughters dr called her in a prescription at 3:30. Kroger’s put it in holding since she hasn’t had anything filled there so I understood even though it was frustrating. I’m glad I did not wait on them to fill it and came home because it was 24 hrs later before they had them all ready. 1st and last prescription we will ever have filled here.

They never answer there phone!!! I let the phone ring for 45 minutes never answered!! I called back and hit for physician line and got through. .I will be calling my insurance and see where else I can go
