The good - No bugs (bed or otherwise), nothing leaked as far as I could tell.
The bad - No housekeeping for the two night we were there (excepting the last two pics where they tossed towels on the bed and dropped two rolls of toilet paper on the desk. Had to go to the office for extra towels only to be told there were no extra towels. The room looks like it was "renovated" by the lowest possible bidder. Only one free outlet for guests to use. Look at the pics for the rest.
The ugly - I booked through priceline for $111/night only to see pic #1 as soon as I pulled off the highway. They jacked up the rate online and screwed their customers, I wasn't the only "guest" to note this.

I had to walk to $tree to get some cleaning stuff to clean tub, tub was gross, open mini frig and carpet was moldy, towels were dingy. People were just hanging out around the room door smoking and doors are drafty

Harry is great. Answered the phone and showed me where I could park my semi truck. Safe and sound for 2 days 3 nights. Thank you I highly recommend.

The room was dirty the sheets and blanket was dirty when we called about the both beds being dirty we wasn't offered a clean room we was brought sheets then upon making the bed we found paraphernalia under the bed! We was exhausted the gentleman after hours guard was very nice but we should have been given a new room and definitely given our money back it was a horrible experience! I don't recommend anyone staying there!

We work in Nashville so we try and find a place that doesn’t charge us those ridiculous incidental fees and high prices for a good sleep so we found this hotel in Lebanon and we love staying here. They have a big parking area to accommodate our truck and trailer and it’s lit up at all times. There is also a security guard that patrols the parking lot so if we had to drop our trailer to get something to eat we don’t have to worry about it while we are gone. There are plenty of food places nearby. Some are in walking distance. The staff and owner/manager are very friendly. Beds are very comfortable as well. We will stay here anytime we work in Nashville for sure.

Front desk was really hateful and rude. We paid for late checkout ( 5pm) and the front desk called my room at 506 p.m. demanding that I remove myself from the room even after my husband said he was 5 minutes away. No, coffee pots in the room, no blowdryers, and worst of all , no continental breakfast as advertised! Total dump! Won't go back!
There is a difference between asking a guest to promptly get out of the room at the designated time. However that was not what happened. The front desk lady was beyond hateful, and the man you have as a security guard there can verify how HOSTILE that clerk was. It was uncalled for. We were prepared to pay for another night, because after she was threatening me with putting me and my dogs out in the rain, I went up there to pay. You were notified, and told the security guard to charge us 40 dollars more for check put the following day at 11am since my husband was still 15 minutes away after leaving work to hurry to me. She threw a fit and said they've got dogs too, so that'll be 80 more dollars!
My husband and I were treated very rudely. I assure you, this establishment is terrible. Despicable.

Been there for a week until my place was ready the lady at the front desk is amazing she is sweet and very nice I think her for being helpful but the man that works there idk if he is the manager or not he has a bad attitude and mouth smart but I kept my cool other then that it’s ok to stay

The place is not new but not bad for the price.... I have rented from them on and off over at least 30 years and will continue to or would recommend to others to stay too.
The place has cameras and security guards and is really peaceful and enjoyable.
I understand it got real bad at one time but it has made a noteworthy come back.
The Management and Help are all very accomodating, respectful and professional with a nice splash of realness......
Rooms: 2 queen beds with desk, great working heater and a/c unit. Nice desk and office chair, and decent wifi..I would say 42" tv with movie channels and remote. Nice dresser and really handy small refrigerator and plenty ice right down hall.
The bathtub is a nice soaker tub with great shower strength and plenty of hot water, for that relaxing after hard day of work or play, soak and/or invigorating shower.

Always friendly and professional. Comfortable rooms and good rates. Right next to exit for easy on and off. Has security person visible on site.
