When it comes to a business with top notch customer services, very knowledgeable on their products, and just great group to deal with these guys are it. I was in and out with my new Bad Boy Magnum in less than an hour. We unfortunately lost our last Bad Boy, had for over 5 years, to a barn fire and I knew where to go for a replacement. American made, never a problem, and always ready for a workout. Thanks Wade and crew for keeping customer service alive and kicking in Lebanon, Tennessee... God bless!

Terrible experience and service! They had my mower for 5 months and when I would call for an update they would confuse it for someone else’s mower. Finally said we were coming to get it on the upcoming Saturday, said they would have it finished. Said they rebuilt it and only charged us for the parts, gaskets, oil, etc for the wait and poor service. They finally pulled it around and it was back firing, and they said it was the carburetor. Got home and wouldn’t start, took to another shop to find out the motor was completely shot. How could they not know this if they supposedly rebuilt it? Never recommend them for anything!

The worst service in my life. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. They have had my tractor for 2.5 months and are just now telling me they cannot work on it and sent me to a competitor. Do not deal with these guys beware!!!!!!!!

K2 offers top of the line equipment and service. The folks there are honest, knowledgeable, helpful and, friendly. No pressure, no up selling. If you're thinking about new lawn equipment give K2 a visit you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I bought my mahindra from them about 3 years ago I had it serviced last year no problem, this year I called, they said they would pick it up service it, we think it's a clogged fuel filter, no mention that they are no longer a dealer. Called back today, they told me, I asked if they were still doing warranty work, they told me no, I asked if it was more than a filter, would they let me know, I was told he ASSUMED so, but if they did the work I would have to pay, SMFH, why would I do that!! The big gun calls tells me that the dealer ship ended over 2 weeks ago, but they weren't going to bother to tell anyone, take to much time, REALLY, have you never heard of socialmedia?????, you're going to cuz I am posting there next,, I own a business and I tell my customers when things change that affects them!! I'm sad that your greed has made you into a person who would deceive people, by omission of information.

Stay away they may know lawnmowers I don’t know but if you have a tractor with a problem do not go here I took my tractor in February with a short they worked on it and burnt the dash out all instruments were melted they ordered a new wiring harness and dash in March I would call about every two weeks and was told the order was in the process when I ask why they didn’t talk to somebody at Mahendra I was told they couldn’t talk to anyone they just could check on the computer after A time of this I called Mahendra and was able to talk to someone amazingly the day I talk to someone at Mahendra the parts were shipped when they received the parts I was told my tractor was next they would have it in the The next day this was a Tuesday I got a call on Saturday they hadn’t started on the tractor there was two more ahead and it would be in line this was in July I had taken the tractor there in February i’ll skip all the conversations in between they’ve just a few lies later I finally got my tractor it would run and I was not gonna put this review on until I found missing notes the hood would shake and when I took the front screen off of the tractor none of the lights were hooked up all the wiring was laying down and the sensorFor the air cleaner was not hooked up that wiring was laying down so I decided to submit this review if you’ve got a tractor go somewhere else
