“After buying a phone that was shipped at the Lebanon W Main location I had to have my Data Transferred and old phone returned from the S Cumberland location since W Main was closed on a Tuesday. They already said they would be closed Sunday and Wednesday even though it shows them open 7 days. S Cumberland TMobile and Cory was excellent. I also signed up for Home Internet that day. Thanks to S Cumberland for making up for W Main in Lebanon TN.”
“I’ve been a T-Mobile customer since they bought out sprint and merged together. I have never really had an issues with my service or devices until recently. My newly purchased iPhone 16 pro max has been stuck in SOS mode for several days and we have completed all troubleshooting and still no resolution. I spent several hours on the phone with T-Mobile technical support and they advised me to go into the store and have them switch out my e-sims on my device. Upon arriving at this location, we were greeted immediately by Lauren the manager. She advised us that they did not have technical support in store but she would attempt to troubleshoot the device and generate a new e-sim. After several attempts, the device still did not respond and it was still stuck in SOS mode. Lauren went above and beyond and called customer service herself and attempted to troubleshoot the device alongside technical support for 47 minutes. However, the attempts failed and the device is still not working properly. The issue is being escalated to a higher technical tier. Although my issue was not resolved, I genuinely appreciate the dedication Lauren put into trying to assist me. She was also very personable and friendly. Which made this stressful situation a little easier. I would recommend this location and especially Lauren to anyone dealing with T-Mobile.”

“First person to help us gave us a phone number because they didn't do what was asked in the store. And then walked away. Person on the phone was very helpful. Second person who helped us, she was good. Bought a new phone, transferred data, called tech support when having to transfer data from iPhone to android and then, with questions from original reason we went in, she was very helpful and called customer service (I think) and got everything transferred. ? She was great!”
