AWFUL! Employees are openly and gladly RUDE! The office manager told someone she was happy they were going to another office. My tax liability increased 13% from filing online to visiting the office. Use another service.

I found a piece of paperwork..after getting home from my appt... that the front desk missed getting out of the envelope of paperwork that I brought in. Didn't get scanned in. I call within 3 hours of my appt. after getting home and realizing there was a piece of paperwork still in the envelope. They couldn't tell me if I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY for an amendment until I get my return. WHEN I make an appt. to come in... THATS WHEN they will determine WHOSE fault it is. Im calling you within 3 hours of my appt. time. Apparently your not so happy to be there front desk person can't make a mistake and you make me feel like a liar trying to get away with something. Your mistake.. not mine. Do not recommend!

My tax experience with Tina Sharpe was excellent. Tina and staff were professional, friendly, fast and thorough. After coming off a really bad experience last year, she was a breath of fresh air. Took all the stress out of filing taxes. Thank you!
