Please unclog the aisles and remove the displays in front of the customer service counter, you can't walk through there when people are at the counter. The pallets of stock in the aisle leading to lawn and garden make it impossible to get a cart down the aisle or stop and look at the outdoor furniture. Just as spring started someone thought it was a good idea to put the Tuff Sheds in the prime 10-12 parking spots right in front of the lawn and garden entrance. These are not staff shortage issues or customer service issues these are management issues.

Normally I love home Depot. Unfortunately I'm here on a Saturday. I'm trying to purchase almost $30,000 worth of materials and they're telling me that we can't use the protest. We have to march nine carts and three pallets All the way down to the opposite side of the store for customer service in order for them to ring us up only to have us bring it back down to the other end of the store. The assistant manager doesn't know what to do. Said there's no possible way that we can be helped. Can't find the actual manager in here for 3 hours and that must admit with my company and the other companies I'm in line with and we shop here and use home Depot so much. We literally spend millions of dollars a year here and to be treated so negatively and poorly by the assistant manager and the workers here is just ridiculous. I'm seriously questioning my business account and my time and all of my other companies and what not with this facility. Smh. You must do better home Depot. This is terrible. You're about to lose a lot of money because of bad attitude employees

The last 2 times I've gone there to spend money I've been completely ignored, with the last time arriving shortly after open and walking in to at least 6 employees not acknowledging my existence at all. No eye contact, not a single good morning or how ya doing. In fact the first words spoken to me were after I finished checking out after they had my money. I guess my money isn't green enough to get a decent greeting, will be going out of my way to not shop there here on out. I'll pay more at an ace or true value

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - HOME DEPOT RUINED CHRISTMASNEVER LET THEM INSTALL YOUR APPLIANCES!EDIT: Needed to clear the Bosch name. Come to find out the dishwasher likely wasn't defective at all, it was just installed terribly by HD's joke of an install team. They left the dishwasher spraying water all up underneath the washer and soaked my subfloor. Dried it out over night and was able to sure up the water connections and now the dishwasher seems to be running fine.Going to test it out a bit longer before canceling the replacement, but I will certainly be asking for my install fee back since I basically had to reinstall the thing properly myself.OLD REVIEW:I tried to buy and have installed a nice new dishwasher for my family to surprise my wife for Christmas. I paid 1600+ AMERICAN DOLLARS for a really nice Bosch dishwasher. The one they delivered worked for about .03 nanoseconds before popping an error code.Had to call the install team back out, who then told me that the dishwasher was defective and would need to be replaced. I said "Cool, go grab another one from the store and I will wait here for you." They informed me that I would have to call a 1-800 number, wait on hold for 20-30 mins and then FINALLY I got the answer that I could not get another replacement until Jan. 2nd.No offer of a discount. No offers to try and make it right before Christmas. This might be the last purchase I ever make from HD, I am usually a Lowe's guy anyway, I was only going with HD because they had the dishwasher I wanted. This experience has reminded me of why I always preferred Lowe's.Home Depot corporate does not care about it's customers. They are basically the Grinch. Store had everything I was looking for except knowledgeable employees. When I finally tracked down an employee they were rude and just not very competent. That's why I will shop at Lowe's from now on. This and Lowe's really great military veterans benefits has made me love them. Sorry Home Depot I gave you a shot you just came up short.

When loading a shower door into the bed of my truck, the associate helping me load the truck, shoves the cart right under my tailgate and scratched it! It even has the orange homedepot paint left weeks after! Made a claim and they’re only willing to pay half the damages. GO TO LOWES!!!

False advertising. They place pricing info on their merchandise offering discounts for purchasing quantities. They do not honor their word when you check out. We attempted to purchase 4 air filters. They refused to discount the purchase to the price stated on the tag (see picture) for a quantity of 4 or more because 2 filters were one size and 2 filters were another size. All these type filters had the same sticker. Nothing on that sticker limits the purchase to one size to receive the discount. Isn't that bait and switch?

WATCH OUT FOR THEIR NEW RETURN POLICY! NOT GOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!!!Bought stain for our newly built home as the builder said it’s only at Home Depot.Live a long distance so when we made a trip to the airport we stopped along the way to get some on hand.We found one can was bad after trying to do touch ups..Tried to bring it back to exchange for another can. Manager Mey said you can’t if you have no receipt and anything over 3 mos. No Returns.Home improvements are continuous !So DO NOT buy things you aren’t going to use within 3 mos or you are OUT OF LUCK even with a receipt at Home Depot! BAD POLICY!!!!SHOP AT LOWES !

Home depot partners with a shady company called rain soft who tries to scam you into buying an expensive water filtering system that you don’t need. They approach you in the store and entice you with a HD gift card to get a quick water test. They then send a pushy and rude sales person to your home who will try to scare you into thinking your water is killing you and that you need their $9000 system. They also have an ongoing lawsuit for their shady business practices. Partnering with this shady company reflects very poorly upon home depot and I will not be shopping here anymore.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen. That's how it started. In August 2022 I contracted the home Depot to do the job. They told me it would take 20 weeks to get my materials in but they wanted everything paid up front. I gritted my teeth about the time frame and paid the bill. There was very little contact with me from August to December. I did add an additional corner cabinet which was put on a separate order. In December, they called me to let me know my order was in and now they needed to set up an installation date ... and the 1st date they had was March 21. I was not happy but they had all my money ... what choice did I have. I waited for the 21st when they showed up ... the order was short 1 complete cabinet, 4 wrong sized doors, As they were being refaced, that shorted everything. When the installer finished that day he apologized and went away with 2 pages of a punch list to complete. No calls for approx 7 weeks and finally on April 20 the installer calls me to let me know he's coming. To make this nightmare story shorter, on August 17 after 3 more tries to get the corner doors completed correctly, the job was finished.Lesson: if you want a new look to your cabinets, it's easier and about the same cost to get new ones than to reface them. If you want any communication with the company doing the job, DON'T use Home Depot. The installers are good but the management is terrible. And any normal construction job is paid in installments NOT up front!!

I remember why when I lived in Lebanon, that I hated Home Depot. Lack of customer service. I am disabled. I was looking for one item. I walked the store for nearly an hour with no one offering to help. I then started asking. That did no good. Five associates asked, five different answers or points. No one really knew where the item was that I was looking for. I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible.
