3/24/23 To this day i’ve heard nothing from Hastings Amy DVM. Animal control informed me they sent her a complaint over the attack and last I spoke with them she had not responded to them. I reported it to animal control right after the attack, but only after stopping at her home and calling her Vet practice and getting no response. My point posting this is that I believe apologizing and offering to replace the livestock her dogs killed or to offer her vet skills to assist with the injured animals would have been something a kind or responsible person would have done. i would have removed this review and not added to it for just a simple apology.Original review: I have not met Amy Hastings even though she a neighbor. Ive just recently moved in and met her dogs. They break loose and run in a pack. One pair of neighbors who take walks carries a club because of them. Yesterday they went onto another neighbors porch after his cats. Today they tore through my back yard. Grabbed two chickens and just kept going. I found one injured in the woods.. the other they took. Nobody at her home, that includes the dogs, they are still loose. Its a pretty horrible experience to say the least. A veterinarian that allows her own dogs to continually get lose and wreak havoc… seriously unconscionable in my opinion.

My husband and I have used Kinslow for more than 15 years and they all have been extremely helpful and very nice and very knowledgeable. There is no where I would go with my babies which is a 20 lb cat and a little 7-8 lb Yorkie. The prices here are very reasonable and you don't have to have an appointment.

I had an emergency situation because my dog was bitten by another dog. The staff was so helpful and took great care of my Max. I give them a 10 out of 10 I’m so appreciative of everything they did.

I want to thank Dr. Kelly Davenport for taking such good care of our sick little Dachshund. We will most definitely make this our place for our animals. She didn't do unnecessary testing and she got her to feeling better. I can't thank her enough. She put our minds at ease during her overnight sick stay.

Fitz had entropian (lashes grown inward & there were 5 lashes that were stuck on his eye balls at all times) and Dr. Haley did the surgery! He is AMAZING! The whole clinic is. I love them and so happy I found them. Fitz’s recovery has been awesome, as you can see here

My horse had a gelding procedure with the large animal vet, he has seen my horses for other things and I never had an issue. But the gelding procedure he did caused my horse to die, it was not done right he got septic. Kept calling office, sent him pictures, the pony was swelling and all I heard was walk him. Still have not gotten a call back from him. We are beyond devastated!

Ours dogs have been there a few times. I have given this place chances; believing we all have our bad days. However, most recently I had taken my mother's dog there to get her nails cut. Not only did it take them a while to find her paperwork, but they then asked if she's had her rabies shots. With this not being my dog I was not 100% sure. However, I pointed out that she's been there about 6 times, so more than likely yes. She proceeded to tell me they would not take her until proved. I had called my mother to verify, and apparently she has had her information faxed there twice already. I highly recommend going somewhere else. This place is unorganized, rude, & not worth it. I would rather drive farther and pay more than go back.

I took my sweet puppy to Kinslow this morning after she had an upset tummy. My regular vet was on vacation. Once we were settled in the room the vet took a fecal sample and 30 minutes later had not given me the results. Instead, a second vet came in and said the next step was to X-ray her and that it is possible she could have swallowed a toy piece. Typically the fecal sample results are given before any further action is taken, but that isn't the way Kinslow does things. They said she needed to go get X-rays so I authorized it. I was worried about my pup. After the $150 X-Ray that revealed NOTHING, the vet informed me that my pups fecal sample reveled she had worms. If I had gotten the fecal results immediately I would have never authorized an x-ray. Worms 100% causes an upset tummy. Kinslow should have given me those results as soon as possible instead of waiting. Long story short, Kinslow conned me into an x-Ray I didn't need. A $200 vet visit is now $400. Ridiculous. I will definitely not bringing my pup back there!
