My husband and I just came in to get a Yanmar sa425 tractor we were met with excellent and accommodating customer service. Our sales rep was Riley, great family oriented guy. We also got a chance to meet the owners. They are an amazing group of people. Thank you for the new tractor. We highly recommend this business

Would give negative stars if I could. This company uses strong arm tactics to try and gauge its potential customers. Long story short they agreed to price match and when I told them I was coming down they upped the price $1500 so they aren't price matching. I simply said thank you but it won't work for me. They then said you know if you buy one that far away youll have to drive to get it serviced and I said whats wrong with your service center. They replied with we wint service it if you didn't buy from us. That's not Yanmar policy just them choosing to be petty. They then said they are playing by the rules. So I asled them how that os playing by the rules. The owner calls me to argue some more. If you want to deall qith aknow it all do it theor way dealer then this is the dealer for you.
