I can say this was a Great experience. Semeko was very professional and cut my hair as I asked. She was friendly and carried on conversation but continued to do her job very well. Great haircut by a very sweet, pleasant, talented Hair Stylist!!! Will definitely go to her again!! Just hate I have forgotten her name, but she was at the first station on the right as you enter !!! I checked in Online this time & had no wait!!My only "concern" with their Online Check-In vs "Walk-In" Process is that IF you go in as a walk-in is not quite right or "fair" in the way they put you in the rotation or DON'T have you IN the rotation , ESPECIALLY since they advertise that "Walk-ins" are Welcome !! I was a "walk-in" once . I sat in there & PHYSICALLY WAITED over 45 minutes because they had online customers "supposed to be coming" before leaving WITHOUT a haircut !!! Not good Customer Consideration for one who's ACTUALLY there waiting in my opinion!!!!

Bad experience and bad hair cut. I asked for Lauren, because everyone on the review said she was great. But my experience with her was awful.She just had a negative vibe doesn’t want to interact with her clients. she doesn’t suggest or help you out as a hair styles. She overpriced me and rude when she thought I wasn’t going to tip her. If you do come ask for Mike he did a great job with my boyfriend hair. He love his haircut and added product to his hair make it look like your fresh and new unlike lauren didn’t even try.
