Terrible customer service. Very disorganized. Customers waiting while people roam around doing nothing. Had a service guy there the whole time but had to wait 2 hours on a PM service to get a 20 minute break and mount while the tire bay was empty because they sent the shop guy out on a road call.

Joey, Aaron and Austin all were very professional and respectful. Every time I have been here, the staff has taken care of any issues I had. Today, Austin changed out my steer tires and did a full alignment. He was presented with some challenges, but worked hard to make sure he found the problems, corrected them and got me out the door and back on the road. I will bring my business here in the future. Thanks guys and great job!

Almost 6 hrs for a oil change and plug on a trailer tire.
Mechanic was dropping the oil on the truck and service writer had the mechanic stop mid oil drop to replace a loose tire that no customer was waiting on.( also had a dog in the truck when it was 90 degrees with the engine off) which made the oil and filter change take extra time , Ontop of that severely under staffed and lack of drive is truly saddening . Location has a huge potential but their is little to no drive in the shop or in the office to help get the work done in a timely manner.

Had a flat tire on my drive tires on my 18wheeler. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They dine a great job fixing my flat tired. I definitely recommend this place. If I ever have issues with my 18wheeler I definitely come back here

My husband needed new tires and then balanced on his truck. Well Upon arriving my husband stood in the lobby for 20 mins, walks out to call and they pick up immediately. He Goes back in the man says there’s 4 cars in front of my husbands, shouldn’t be too long (all needing a tire or two). Mind you he dropped the truck off at 1030 am. It’s 4pm and his truck is still sitting in the parking lot untouched! I wish I could leave 0 stars! Horrible service!
