I had to use this pharmacy because it was the only one around that had the medication my sick 2 year old needed. We have a very popular employer insurance and they couldn't figure out how to run it. CIGNA with Caremark as the pharmacy portion. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because they said the needed time to look into it. WHAT!? Then told me to come inside. I had a very sick child in the car that needs her medicine and you want me to come inside? Even after I showed them on the card where the pharmaceutical information was. Then made me wait 20 minutes while they mixed it up. If my baby wasn't so sick and I didnt absolutely need this medicine I would have gone somewhere else. No to mention the medicine was called in at 10 am it is now 12 pm after my second round back because I gave them "time" to "look into it", said they needed more time and they close at 1 pm. I am really hoping these people were just having a really bad day.
