I been coming here ever a lil bit over a year now/work there it is nothing but pure hard work and the nicest people you will ever meet Mrs Caroline the manager is fantastic such a nice woman when you walk into the gym you just get vibes you don't normally get old school relaxing vibes it's great a lot of golden body building equipment it's great

As a District Manager at GNC, I have a very busy schedule and having a gym that is 24 hours is awesome! My wife and I signed up and it is an old school gym with a great community of people that workout here! Highly recommend if you’re into bodybuilding and powerlifting!

So glad I found this gym. I love I can grab a protein drink and meal before I leave. They even have a microwave to heat the meals here. Gym has everything I need, I do the weekly womens class too which only cost $8. The 24/7 app is amazing. Other gyms will be closed for weather or short staff but Flex is never closed.

Wow! So glad I found this place. I’m working in TN (from FL). Awesome equipment, great atmosphere. Staff is the best around. Super accommodating with NO contract , no hidden fees. For the price you can’t beat this place. Great hidden gem in Middle TN. Ignore any 1 star reviews. They’re big fat cry babies who just need to stick to PF!

I have been to many gyms, but this one is by far my favorite! It’s super small, not busy, and Caroline is very helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend atleast trying the day pass because you will probably end up loving it and purchase the membership! They even offer personal training as well which is very helpful. My husband and I also love the hours because we can go at midnight or 4am and get our workout in without having to wait for the gym to open.

I’ve been a member at several gyms and a professional in the fitness industry for years. After trying every gym in the area, I finally found Flex Fitness. This gym has great equipment, friendly staff, and 24/7 access. Caroline was awesome - she was responsive even outside of operational hours and you can tell she values the facility by attention to detail in cleanliness.

I recently joined a gym in my neighborhood, hoping to get fit and healthy. However, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The gym's equipment is poorly maintained, with many machines in dire need of repair. The music playing on the floor is the same over and over again for months, leaving me feeling bored and uninspired during my workouts.What's worse is that the gym membership is not cheap, and as paying customers, we expect a lot better. The restrooms and locker rooms are in awful condition, with broken fixtures and a general lack of cleanliness. It's not a pleasant experience to be changing in a filthy locker room or using a restroom with overflowing trash cans.I decided to write a review of the gym to share my thoughts and hopefully prompt some changes. As a gym-goer, I want a clean and safe environment to exercise in, with proper equipment and a variety of music to keep me motivated. I hope the gym management takes my feedback seriously and makes some necessary improvements for the benefit of their members.

Best gym in town - Lebanon, TN. Friendly staff and members. Clean facility, towels are disinfectant provided. Enough equipment to do any type of workout any time of day. My wife calls it the muscle store.
