If there was a -5 stars is what I'd give them! Worst banking establishment to bank with. They steal your money, charge you numerous random fees and I was called the N word by one of their reps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!

Lacks basic service skills , customer service doesn’t Excess here !! When someone calls and asks to talk to a branch manager then a branch manager should call period. I have had dealings with multiple branches with first horizon and hands down this branch needs a over haul , I hope someone higher up reads these reviews and takes them Serious. I normally bank in mt juliet and they are 100% different, had a problem not long ago and they handled it with class , hate that a different branch would be so different. I only went to this one because I had a local class there so when lunch came I ran over to make a deposit, what a nightmare!! Got to look for a different bank after over a decade of doing business with them ! One location with poor Abilities to handle customer service can make a customer rethink there banking ( I was under the impression with todays Technology that they would be able to track money down Easley, most banks can today !!! I mean there is a camera everywhere right !! She refused to agree and to Assist in this matter. If this is a fact , then I would really look for a different bank ! Ps don’t use the excuse I was in a meeting all day, that’s why I can’t help customers, I feel for you but I’m the one at risk loosing money for a mistake that your branch made ! Customer should never be made to feel like they are not important )

The bank itself deserves more than one star, however if you use the ATM a lot this is not the bank for you! I honestly don't usually have to withdraw cash very often, but it is my experience that the ATM is down 50% of the time. Literally, 2 of the last 4 times I tried....

Most unaccomodating people I have felt with. I send one of Jan's caregivers to bank with a check written on her account at 1st Tenn and they don't want to give her the money because she doesn't have a checking account there - then to press the issue, because I complained, they look for every reason to turn down my check. Legal line says “One Twenty and 00/100†instead of one hundred twenty and 00/100. Been doing that my whole life, never a check rejected. Never an overdraft Never a difficulty in twenty years for them. I'm moving the whole shebang.

If I could give rate this bank with no stars I would. I have had them for quite some time and they seem to be getting worse. Will definitely be switching banks as soon as I can

I haven't been overwhelmed by the services of this bank compared to others I have experience. It seems they take significantly longer to process any kind of mobile transaction than other banks I use. Glad they were open on Saturday today though.
