If there was a -5 stars is what I'd give them! Worst banking establishment to bank with. They steal your money, charge you numerous random fees and I was called the N word by one of their reps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!

Karen in home loans is incompetent. She has screwed up our home refinance from the start. Currently sitting at the title company and additional problems re coming out. Argh.

I try not to go here if I don't have to. They won't cash checks that the other Lebanon location will any day. And they are just not helpful any time i've ever had a problem. The manager was out of town at the other Lebanon location that i normally go to, so they told me to call this one to talk to their manager. He straight up told me he was not going to help with an overdraft fee because it had been over 30 days then said they could in special circumstances, so i said okay thanks anyway.....waited til the manager was back in town at the other location and she refunded the fee and gave me an extra fee credit as well just for my troubles.

Let me start off by saying that it shouldn't be a standard, I'm terrible with names, but everyone knows who I am there and it makes me feels great! Such a friendly, warm hearted staff! So much so I have for a long time wanted to bring in cookies or brownies or cinnamon rolls for them as a thank you. Sadly I ride a bicycle everywhere and can't transport the food without crushing it!
