Inspect a truck pre-sale. They listed multiple items that need to be fix including battery, flood lights, and break pads. I was assured the truck would be okay for a while. Thirty minutes of driving later, the fuse goes out. I get it towed to Toyota to discover that the battery is great. Update: They called me and tried to make it right. They said that they can't check for fuses, I believe them because it was an electrical issue. Definitely on the dealer.

do not take your vehicle to the one at 303 west college st, murfresboro tn. worst service ever!!! oil change, and put on two front tires and align. appointments at 2:30. at 7:30 they still hafnt completed the job. said they coulfnt get it completed until the next day. then the guy said he couldnt give me the managers number....go figure!!!!

I was able to go to the waiting area as soon as I dropped off my keys. It was clean and they had the tv set for family viewing. I hadn't seen the Andy Griffith show in over 50 years so it helped keep my mind off the time. I was kept aware of the progress on my car and the necessary repairs were discussed before I gave permission to go ahead. The went over the details and asked if there were any questions. I paid and it was wonderful to feel safe driving home! All in all, the experience pretty great. All the guys were friendly, courteous and respectful.

It was early evening on January 10th, and I had difficulty with my tires. My car would shake as I drove, which made me nervous with a winter storm coming in several days. With some reluctance, I addressed the problem, and my father recommended visiting Firestone for some support. I pulled into my local Firestone, thinking they would be closed or busy. However, I was immediately welcomed in, and my car was taken into the shop. I was surprised at how thoroughly the mechanics explained my tire challenges and how quickly they installed three new seasonal tires. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by explaining tire maintenance (rotation and alignment) in an accessible way. (I am not a car genius or mechanic!)As promised, I would mention the name of the clerk/mechanic who took the time to walk me through the tire installations and made me feel at home. Ben (plus the other mechanic in the shop that evening) was fantastic!

I made an appointment for just an oil change. An hour later I went to find out some information on my vehicle. They had not even taken it in yet. I understand being busy, but it is also considerate to let your customer know the "10-4" of the situation. Not letting the customer know you are backed up is not considerate at all, and unprofessional. I won't be letting firestone handle my vehicle needs anymore.

The team at west main is awesome open, honest and knowledgeable. I set a appointment for Sunday, due to my truck being lifted. They stated the tech working Monday was more knowledgeable on lifted truck. I happily rescheduled for the next day. On Monday I showed up and was in and out in 45min, the alignment was spot on. I will be bring my other 4 cars for every service moving forward. Give that a team a raise best J.Denegri
