Stopped here to get our bearings while in lebanon, my grandson needed to use the bathroom but this gas station did NOT allow it. Like why?

Nasty bathroom, toilet doesn't flush, full of p**** toilet paper on floor, no paper towels, dish soap bottle instead of hand soap. I nearly vomited it stinks so bad.
