We needed to stop while we were on a trip because the convection oven was swinging out (only connected by three top bolts). They took us right away, and helped us get the oven seated back on the back bracket. They charged a minimal fee.

Fixed my furnace on the first try while other techs could not resolve the problem, very knowledgeable, methodically thinks through processes, punctual, easy to communicate with and in a timely fashion, appropriate conduct, also fixed another spur of the moment matter without hesitation, straightforward and respectable.

Turkey buzzards shredded the roof of our 3 year old Wildwood while it was winterized at our campground. Heavy rains came through, the roof wood got soft, and the birds started ripping that up too! I can't say enough great things about how TJ and Devin took care of us. They worked with our insurance company and let us drop it off early to avoid trouble with our HOA. They completely replaced the roof and went above and beyond to make sure it looked as good as new. They were consistently honest, upbeat, and easy to work with. I certainly wont bother calling anyone else if we ever need repairs again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any repair your RV or travel trailer might need!Service: Body & Trim

If you want it fixed correctly, these are your guys. If you want it fixed correctly and cost effectively, these are definitely your guys. There is sometimes a wait to get it in and returned but fixed correctly and cost effectivity, trumps quick, bad and expensive from others.

Great service!!!!! My parents had their camper repaired there after having a differnt company repair the camper and it was not done correctly Elite Rv Service took over and they are able to go back and correct the repairs and do it correctly and the service and the people are very friendly and helpful I recommend them to everyone if u need repairs or help with your camper to go there

Shout -out, thanks, kudos and blessings to the gentlemen at Elite RV in Lebanon, TN. Last Thursday, when traveling from Eastern VA , 650 miles away, one of the couples traveling with us was thrown from their motorcycle. Thankfully, they were able to walk away with scrapes, bumps,bruises and a hairline ankle fracture. The police, EMTs and concerned citizens of TN were just outstanding. They rushed to our rescue; checking on the condition of our friends and assisting in moving the motorcycle and trailer out of the road while directing traffic. They were Super nice all the while. The Lord had it that the accident occurred across the road from Elite RV. Another blessing from above!Let me tell y'all ; they came out with bottles of cold water and offered us seats in the shade. It was hot that afternoon. Our stay at Elite RV was an extended one since a rental car had to be secured from the airport . The" Elite" guys offered us inside seats in air-conditioning which we were glad to take advantage of. They didn't know us from Adam but they treated us like family. They were simply incredible !! The Elite RV guys, humans demonstrating humanity .I am all for that y'all.

My camper trailer had some damage to the exterior-the molding ripped away and a crack in the fiberglass. TJ and his crew went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and ready for me to take it home to another state. The work they did is quality grade too.
