They are a really good towing service, especially their driver Scott who called to check on the location of the tow and once he realized that we were having to walk to the tow site gave us a ride there. Very professional and friendly. Their in town towing fee was very reasonable at $55. Would highly recommend.

These people helped me out when I was in a bad spot. My car got towed there Thanksgiving night and I needed to get it the next day. They were closed but came up there and met me so I could get my car. I would not have been able to get it until the following Monday and that would be more money for the storage. Still good people out there that want to help.

If I could give them ten stars, I would. Friendly, kind and professional. They got me up and going when nobody else would even answer my call. 100% will call again in the future for my towing or automotive needs. (Yes, they do mechanic work, too!) Wonderful price as well!

Ed's towing has gone above and beyond anything that could be expected from a towing business. From The quality of their equipment to the integrity of the owners, you would be hard pressed to find better. In my case the owner and his wife made unbelievable sacrifice at their own expense after our vehicle had been towed to their lot. Because of miscommunication on MY part I had driven from Kentucky to Tennessee to pick up our vehicle and was unable to. These people told me not to worry about it, they would bring it to me. Unbelievable. These folks honored their word and totally at their expense brought our vehicle to me over 3 1/2 hours away. WOW. Who does that. I am amazed at their business ethic that the customer is number 1 priority at any cost. Please keep them in mind for ANY towing or repairs you may need. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

We were traveling east on I-40 outside of Nashville when our front passenger side tire exploded. Ed's came to our rescue and went beyond their duty to assist us. My husband had gone to the Nashville VA hospital for a bone marrow stem cell transplant so it was expected that we would be in Nashville through the end of September so our vehicle was heavily packed. My husband developed a blood infection and had to be hospitalized for 10 days. He was very weak and not able to assist in driving 9 hrs to our home. My son flew in to help with the driving and thank God he was driving at the time of the tire exploding. We were already tired and low in spirit when the tire blew. I prayed for angels to come to assist us and an officer Pryer called Ed's for us and they quickly responded. When we arrived to the towing office we were given bottles of cold water and provided transport to a local hotel. Ed's went to purchase a new tire for us and mounted and balanced the tire. He also shored up our front bumper with glue and tape to be able to drive it home. We had no problems once we got on the road thanks to their service. There are still so many good people in the world. We tend to focus on the bad, but Ed's encouraged my soul and reminded me that God still has His people working on His behalf to serve in no love. We will never forget Ed's towing and repair

My car was parked at the gas station and this company wanted to tow it, they did not move the car from the place and they charged 125 dollars to remove the connection that linked the tow truck with the car. I attach photos of the receipt, my car, the tow truck license plate. Really They scammed me by asking me for cash and giving me a receipt that is not legal. This will not stay like this. Because I will go to court and denounce these irregularities.In response I tell him: Don't worry. When I have more evidence we will see each other in court. Very good and blessed afternoon. We will know the law.

The best prices, quality, and people around! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was wonderful. Ed was very timely picking up my 5th Wheel and delivering it. He was extremely patient dealing with the hassles of getting on a military base delivering it as well. These guys are the just amazing and leagues above any other shop and towing service around! I can’t thank them enough for all their help.
