I bought tires here for my daughter and when she went in the order didn’t go through. Joshua, the store manager, was helping her. He went above and beyond to try and figure out where the transaction got lost. He worked through it with my daughter and eventually after a couple days the transaction went through and everything was fine. Joshua made this process much less stressful than it was bound to be. He’s a prime example how to treat customers. He deserves a raise ?

I was in a bind the day before vacation when I realized my tires were in bad shape. I was also on a major time crunch with my son in an appointment at the same time, so I only had a tiny window of time to solve my tire problem. I first called at 8:30am and by 9:15am I was literally rolling out with 4 new tires on my way to pick up my son, right on time. I was stunned that they were able to pull that off! And oh so grateful. Thank you so much!

I have used this location for new tires and service for years and have never been disappointed. After a stressful day from a tire blowout while driving 1.5 hours away, I made it back to Lebanon where Jacob and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for and my car was back to normal. Excellent service from exceptional people!

Have never been disappointed when working with the folks at discount tire. Jacob and Riley both took an unfortunate situation and did business the right way. The customer may not always be right, but at Discount Tire in Lebanon, they’ll make it right! Highly recommend!!

Quality of service is low. They lost a center cap on one of my tires, didn't replace a valve stem cover and has issues balancing the brand new tires I purchased for the second time.

I really appreciate the way the staff handled my situation. Greeted promptly by Gavin. I nneeded a rim replaced. He addressed my needs and gave me an estimated time for repair. Was in and out in less than an hour.
