I spoke with Kala Monk who is well informed regarding vehicle coverage. The process was minimum and effortless on Kala's part. I had questions and she answered them quickly and professionally. Most of the insurance companies I got ahold of ran away when they heard SR22. They help me when Allstate, State farm, Farmers insurance and other insurance places turned up their noses at me. Thank you direct Insurance

This review isn't about this location but is about their company so be weary about direct auto.My policy is a month old and on may 5th my wife was in an accident so we file a claim on May 8th the adjustor (in Texas not sure how a thorough review is going to be completed by him) calls after him rushing me off the phone I called and left a voice mail. On may 12th we got the police report and called the adjustor and once again had to leave a voice-mail. The morning of may 15th we got informed our policy is being canceled for "address verification" we have lived at the same address for 3 years. direct auto is nothing but a joke their adjustors are non exsistent and are canceling our policy because we filed a claim isn't that what insurance is for?

Too much has changed. There is no grace period and the price for same coverage has doubled this year. All because they were bought by National General who was then bought by AllState. I will not recommend and will probably go elsewhere myself first chance I get.
