My disabled mom got a washer and dryer from Buddy's in Lebanon TN and has had 4 different amounts all but one over the price she was told would be deducted from her card via auto payment once a month when me her son went to see why this was happening and hopefully ease my moms mind and get a better understanding of the agreement she made with Buddy's I ask the so called manager/owner she claimed to be Holly she said was her name if I could see what was owed and what was going on with the payments being $267 and $246 and $233 and this month $287 when she was told they would be under 200 because that's all she. Could afford being on a disability check.Holly told me from the room she was at in the back that she wasn't telling me anything about the account she was rude from the very start not even coming to the desk to talk to me just yelling from her desk in the other room.I said I understand policy's and that I would gladly get my mom on FaceTime to give permission or get her to even sign something saying it was ok to discuss her account with me she told me No that she wo

Very poor customer service. They don’t know how to talk to people. The person I talked to on the phone was a complete smart ass, disrespectful, and should not be allowed to talk to customers with that attitude regardless of what a customer says, he/she should stay professional and not get an attitude with customer. They over charge on there products also

I had an amazing experience at this location, thanks to Megan and the staff. Megan was so patient and so kind. She made shopping for furniture very easy for me and made sure I left satisfied. If I could give this store 10 stars I definitely would. I picked out my furniture Monday and it was delivered Thursday. The process was so efficient, and the communication skills are top tier. Thanks to Megan and the rest of the staff once again.
