Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I was never greeted (I almost felt as if they didn't want me in the store), the selection of shoes, cloths and hats are huge (a bit messy, but I understand that the staff was short) and the prices of the merchandise was ok... it was my very first time in the store so I'm not sure what things should be priced as. There is a huge chance, that I will never come back to this location.

Worse customer service I’ve ever come across. There was a young skinny kid at the front desk, with black shaggy hair and a “IDGAF” attitude. He never greeted us, he never asked if we needed any help…this was my very first time going there and it’s very safe to say, that I will NOT be returning.

I won't be back to the Lebanon location. I have been in twice over a year period and the store is filthy. Tags on the floor, dust, dirty dressing orooms, hanger in front display window define the low quality of management standards. Employees today were more interested in standing by the register instead of working. I will concede both visits did include friendly employees, but the lack of cleanliness will keep me away permanently.

Honestly boot barn the store and the employees are awesome! BUT the one girl “Cat” I think her name was is SO rude. She was extremely rude to me. She was checking out a client I told her I’d wait till she was done but she proceeded to speak OVER the client and started asking me questions. We finished our conversation and I left. Well today my friend called up there because she was interested in a job and the girl says “I TOLD YOU IT WAS FILLED YESTERDAY” and then hangs up on my friend. Well she’s real smart because that was the first time my friend had ever called up there. So if cat is reading this You’re very rude and you should leave the costumer service industry.

Overall the store had alot of product, I did purchase a pair of workboots there. What I did not like about the store is all the boots were unboxed which left the customer sorting through a plethora of mixed-matched boots. I also am a fan of boxes and for what I paid for the boots I didn't receive a box. They simply just placed them into a plastic bag. The website claimed that there was a 25$ discount for online orders for store pickup that I asked about but the girl at the register and she said there were no deals on the boots that I got. They also asked alot of questions like my telephone number or email which I'm sure is sold for marketing. I just wanted to make the purchase, I was also asked if anyone had helped me and I said yes because someone did ask if I needed help. Problem was she then asked me did I know there name, I said no. She then asked did I know what they looked like? I said I just want to buy the boots I had picked out. She didn't seem happy that I didn't know all the questions she was asking. I won't be back to the boot barn.
