Stop by and looked at a 14lp big tex dump trailer. Then, set up a pick-up time. The trailer was ready early. The tech went over all the info of hooking it up to the grease fittings. The sale man was good and went over everything with me. From showing up to pulling out with the new trailer 30 minutes. Thanks I will do business again.

Service and repairs is a joke
Quoted me 135 ended up after fees 460
Plus didn’t even fix the problem just said the trailer was not fixable. Tech didn’t know how to reinstall a drum and took me 2 minutes to do it myself……
Also to add on the sales if you’re buying a trailer here might wanna do some research on trailers before, 4k higher than any other place in the state!

A super friendly and straightforward operation. I was having brake issues with my horse trailer. They don't sell horse trailers, but they treated it like it was their own. They found the problem and had it fixed fast.

We were on our way home from Texas and right on the connection of the hwy 40 and 81 North one Leif Spring on trailer broke so we got off the 40 in Lebanon, TN and found a Campground right in the City. We started looking for a place to repair the trailer and after a dozen of calls we find this place and told us to bring the trailer on Monday, so we did. After checking the Leif size they didn’t have it in stock. They tried all over the City to get one and couldn’t find on so they decided to order one from Amazon for next day delivery. The trailer was up on jack so we couldn’t go back to the campground and had no place to stay. After a discussion we with Matt, he decided it was ok for us to stay in our trailer overnight and We were so relief because we had our 2 cats with us. Sadly the part didn’t come in the next day. Of course we all were disappointed and we had to sleep one more night. We had water and power so we were a lot better in our thing than a Hotel room. Next day we went for a long walk hopping for an early delivery and when we came back the job was almost done. Jake did a great job and was happy for us. I also gave a big hug to Matt. 1/2 hour later we were back on road. Matt was there also and check with us before he close the store to make sure we were ok for the night. Those guys are so great knowing we were stuck with 2 cats so they all did what they could and as fast as they could to get us back home. It’s not every day that you meet people like that and I’m glad we found them. Thank you to Matt, Greg and Jake.

Matt was a great help and made my experience excellent! He was full of knowledge and helped me pick out the right trailer for all my needs. I would recommend big Tex to anyone, especially since Matt took really good care of me!
