“I got a loan here about a year ago and they were nothing but nice and helpful. I forgot the lady's name, but she was amazing. Friendly, helpful, replied quickly, explained stuff clearly, and even helped with car choices. Cut to this weekend and I had the absolute worst experience with a woman named Tara Murray at the Murfreesboro location. She was the most insufferable person ever. So go here and don't go to the Murfreesboro one. Also if you see Tara Murray walk up to you at any location ask for someone else. You'll regret working with Tara.”

The team at WBT was so caring and helpful to lead me through the process of taking care of this matter and to avoid future stolen checks. I want to personally give a shout out to those employees who helped me get through this situation. Drew Phillips who was my first contact and addressed the problem right away. Jessica G and Madison from the Fraud Dept Team were fantastic in handling my situation. Not only where they professional in taking the proper steps, they helped keep me calm. A few day later, Kim Miller was very helpful in teaching us a new program to prevent any future fraudulent checks. “A Tennessee based local bank that is big enough to have all the perks but small enough for me to feel like a customer and not just an account number. I wouldn't consider anywhere else to bank.
Carol Ann Griffin has been there anytime I need something but my real hero has been Bethany Reese. Bethany rarely misses a call from me and if she ever isn't available, I get a call back within an hour. I've even known Bethany to drive 90 minutes to finalize loan paperwork for a large family but make the time to stop and get Popsicles for all the kids on the way. She's a superstar!
Each time I've had a fraudulent charge, it's immediately reversed, my accounts secured, and I'm on my way. Most of the time I find out from the bank before I realize it myself. They can even print new credit/debit cards on site so you don't have to wait weeks for a new card!
I love how easy their online portal and apps are to use. I can transfer money, review my transactions, and pay bills in an instant.
I've never had a better banking experience than I have with Pinnacle. I've had multiple accounts, personal and business for several years now and couldn't be happier.”

“After a crazy fluke situation with terrible customer service by phone and chat, I drove up ready to close my account and be done with Bank of America. That changed for me the moment I walked through the door. I was almost instantly greeted by David, who listened to my story and frustration, and then he got me over to Emily who went through the process of fixing it for me. Let me tell you, Emily is an ASSET to this bank. I was so ready to be done, but her friendliness, empathy, and determination to fix this problem really changed me from being upset and scared to confident and assured about my finances which is what a bank should do. Highly recommend using this branch specifically and dealing with David and Emily! They should be rewarded for their ability to assist customers and put our minds at ease. Thank you for your help and also for getting me in and out in under an hour even with a busy lobby and with me not having an appointment!”
