Shelly wolf is the worst bank manager ive ever dealt with. This bank is a joke. They have 1 teller every time I come in. BOA as a whole is just a terrible. Can't wait to switch to Wilson Bank & trust. I been standing in line four 45 min and it's like this every time.

This branch is awful. It wasn't for my employer using this branch I would never set foot in the building. Instead of spending money to remodel the inside of the building maybe hire another teller. Every time it's only one teller working.

Make sure you bring a positive attitude and fake being woke. Otherwise you’ll get poor treatment from the employees at this branch.

I read all the reviews and I was skeptical to go there first. But I called them a day before going and asked for appointment. They were very polite and took my information and said will return you a call today. They called me and gave a 3pm appointment which I was not okay with and asked for Morning appointment. Venessa was so kind and she said she can move her meeting for tomorrow morning and get me in at 10.30am. I was so happy.Next day when I was there at 10.20am they checked me in and Venessa greeted me in-between her ongoing appointment and said she will take me in as soon as she finish with current one. While I was waiting I saw that its a small operation and limited staff so if you planning go there for something which is going to take more than 30 min like for me a new account opening. Take a appointment rather blaming them for not attending. Because I was attended at 10.35am and she was so kind and patient with us. She explained everything we asked and opened our account. Really pleasant experience. Just take appointment so that you wont have to wait and they also know beforehand that you are coming.

With all the bad experiences at the Donelson Branch on Lebanon Pike I came to this Branch hoping to get in and out with a Large ( for me) Transaction. The Teller was Friendly and right away let the supervisor know he would need an authorization. After he processed my transaction it was approved and I way out in 10 minutes.

I went to Bank of America yesterday and tried to get account. First of all you have to make a appointment to open account. LAZY SERVICE!! Second of all the manager thought my job was a joke and my check wasn't real. Never even saw my check. Just explained what I wanted. Long story short took my number and said she would call me back once I figure out if my check was good. So I went to another bank, check was more than good cashed it and now I bank with an awesome bank. The manager didn't even look at my check or ask to look at my check. Laughed at my job with coworkers. VERY BAD BUSINESS, HORRIBLE HOURS. SHUT THIS BANK DOWN.

So I'm leaving a 3 star bc I understand that many of the people involved in my situation aren't really to blame. But I will say this.... if you are a POD ON A ACCOUNT be prepared for a hassle when it's time to collect. I was originally told I just needed my ID and the death certificate. So I go in trying to transfer funds so I could pay for my grandma's funeral. Welp..... 2 weeks later I'm still not any closer. They make u sign all kinds of documents then they send them to some other business then u have to wait for them to verify your documents..... even though I did them at the bank.... and they verified them..... and then on top of that bc there are 2 PODs on the account and we live in different states they tried telling us we had to be together at the same time to get the money..... like wtf.... I even said to them there's absolutely no way that's accurate. Bc I'm positive there are thousands of ppl who are PODs and they live in different states. I would assume this is very common. After days of arguing and calling the service number and talking to managers there, they confirmed my suspension and said that's not true. After all that, I went back in and was told I could settle it then and there. I get there and they get swamped. Only 1 teller..... and when I'm finally seen I'm told they won't see me without a appointment...... even though I was told to come in by one of their staff and the service representative over the phone.... I go look to make an appointment and there's nothing for over a week.... so I go back. I was told to email one of the employees so I could make a appointment with her so she could help me get this crap done...... welll..... I lost her business card... and I can't even call the bank and get it again bc no one ever answers the phone! So all in all it's just a crap situation. With waaayyyy to much miss communication and people not knowing details regarding POD accounts. Ohh and the kicker..... they are making me open a account with them to get the money.... 100-200 I have to pay to open the account. To me its just dumb.... pay to open the account get the money transferred then withdrawal the money and close the account.... bc I don't want them as a bank.... but forcing ppl to make accounts is ridiculous....

Sorry customer service,rude , can't get thru to a human on phone, been a customer for over 60 years think that will change, wtth there attitude they don't care.
