Zero stars. Showed up at 12:30 for a 1 pm appt. A hour later still waiting for a door. The problem is they have 20+ docks and the docks are all empty

This Dawson logistics do not deserve any star. They are worst on their profession. No transparency. No communication between their associates. Checked In at 10am. The load was bound to Costco and their delivery appointment are strictly enforced. Due to their unprofessional work ethic they didn’t load truck till 5pm. Missing our delivery appointment. And the Costco delivery appointments aren’t piece of cake. They will eat your 14 hours clock

Overnight parking. Lots of room. Check in at 745 out the gate at 9 am. I had a good experience there.

1 hr unload, nice. For receiving, follow signs and go through the gate. Office is near the middle of the building.

Drive to shipping. Then has to walk all the way around to the other side of the building to find where to check in. Stood by the check in window for 20 minutes while the employees where laughing joking and pretended they dont see me. Another driver that was there told me to grab a piece of paper and fill it out. So I did that. Then stood in front of the window for another 10 minuts until they took my paper and told me that they will call me. The shipping office is a joke.

I came on delivery at 9 am with appointment from fitzmark broker at 11 am. They told me my appointment time 2 pm. They get me at 6 pm and unloaded at 7:15 pm. Avoid loads to this company.

Show up before 12hrs my appointment and they gave me dock right away and they unloading me I don’t know what happen about this complaint or maybe I got lucky today I don’t know thanks guys you guys deserve it five star thanks guys

Got there at 12:00 with a 16:00 appointment and was given a door within 10 minutes and loaded within a hour. That was on a busy day.

Overnight parking available. Appointment time was 1000. Checked in at 7 and was out by 830
