I was having issues with not receiving incentives that were offered to me to switch to my cellular to AT&T. After an hour call with the call center, they said I needed to go to my local store and file a claim. When I explained this to the sales rep at the Lebanon store, he told me that they do not do claims or investigations and said he would give me the number for the service center. When I told him again the service center told me to go the store, his reply was "I'll give you this number, take it or leave it." This is pathetic customer support.

I went to the AT&T store yesterday, January 18. It was a very snowy day, so they were not too busy, and I was immediately help. Austin fixed a major problem that the online AT&T sales representative had caused. He had me in an out in five minutes. He knew exactly how to fix my eSIM card activation issue, and was very professional and friendly. I would drive an hour to get to this store anytime I have an issue because I had such a great experience. Thanks, Austin!

I think his name was Justin, African American young man who was very polite and went out his way on helping me and giving me the promotions that was available. He wasn't in a major rush and took his time with assisting me.

First visit to an AT&T store. Business customer for over 12 years. Only option where our business is located. Horrible experience dealing with online service people for as long as I’ve been a customer. On hold for over 30 mins today only to tell me I would have to go to a local store because they couldn’t help me if I didn’t remember my PIN. Never set a code so I had no idea I had one. Refused to help. Went to Lebanon location on 231. VERY good experience. Tall, blond, young man took less than 5 and found exactly what I needed. Offered to let me hang in the store on hold to call “customer service” back as we are a business and this location doesn’t service business accounts. I asked if the online rep could have helped me with the info I gave him and he said probably. He apologized for my experience and was the most professional agent I have dealt with in 12 years. If online folks were as professional as this young man I might still be an AT&T customer. I highly recommend this location.

This is a review that is a couple of weeks overdue. The experience was a pleasant exception to the usual visit! Usually you spend hours in any AT&T location. Not here! Austin, was the only employee working that day. He happily bounced back & forth between several customers, very patiently I might add. He was very kind to me when I tried to activate an outdated phone to save money, THEN come back when he was still slammed to breakdown & purchase a new one. Never once did me make me feel pressured or embarrassed for trying to keep an old phone because of tight finances. Instead, he patiently helped me find something to fit my budget. Thanks Austin for going above & beyond to make customers feel appreciated. He deserves a raise, he is a great asset to your customer service!

What a wonderful experience we have had with Austin from the Lebanon Store. He has graciously helped us to migrate our family plan (6 phones) over from Sprint/T-Mobile to ATT. He has been with us every step of the way. He even got us internet service too, so that we could save monthly on our cell phone bill. :)He has called to make sure everyone's phones were doing well. If you're looking to switch, I highly recommend Austin.
